We love our muscleflo. I've been a fan of portable massage machines for many years and already own two. To date, everything I have tried just can't quite get to the bits you want to work on. This machine does! It's very portable and has attachments that are new to me and that are very effective.
we had a technical problem with ours and contacted customer service. They were very prompt in replacing the machine with a new (upgraded) version.

We purchased a Musleflo Mini at the recent, March 2022, Ideal Home Exhibition. When we tried to use it we found that it was broken. We contacted Muscleflo and in no time at all we have received a new item and they also arranged the collection of the broken item. Additionally the replacement item came in a very smart carry case.
The Muscleflo customer service team and in particular Miriam have provided an excellent demonstration of what proper customer care is all about.

I bought a muscleflo massager while on holiday in Mauritius, it was fully charged when I bought and was told to run it flat and then recharge , the massager worked perfectly until I needed to recharge it , then it wouldn’t charge , I sent a message to muscleflo by email asking what could we do going forward , Miriam responded the next day , saying they would send out a completely new machine , which although I was impressed with I didn’t think they needed to be so generous , as the machine had worked I felt we should start with a new charging cable , Miriam agreed with this and sent a couple of new chargers on next day delivery , they worked perfectly , in all of this Miriam was absolutely fantastic and treated me to excellent customer service , she was understanding of the problem, polite , answered my emails within minutes of receiving them and always left me with the feeling that this problem was going to be sorted quickly , which it was , thank you Miriam and muscleflo , the machine is excellent too .

I’ve had this product for a month now and I absolutely love it. Would recommend it to anyone it’s fab and great value for money!

I received MuscleFlo massage gun as a gift from my husband recently and cannot recommend it enough. Now I’m always able to relieve any pain without booking a massage or asking my other half to give me a rub.
For someone who loves massages this massage gun is as close as you would get to the real thing. It comes with 6 different heads and you can set the power to different strength levels to accommodate all types of pressure to your preference. I don’t know how I managed without it till now , a real life saver that would leave you invigorated. Go buy one (or better yet, receive it as gift for Valentine 👌🏻)
