We ordered an item which was out of stock from several other companies. Ran across Music City via the internet, which had this particular item in stock, I ordered it immediately with only 10 days until Christmas. Thinking UPS ground would be faster I selected that type of shipping. One of the employees (Lori?) called to say that UPS ground would take longer than USPS priority would we like to switch shipping (USPS was cheaper than UPS). We were not at home so she made an "executive" decision to send USPS. HOW WONDERFUL! Excellent customer service! The item arrived within 5 days of Christmas (including the weekend)!! Thank you!

Item came as described and extremely well packed!

While filling out the order form I was asked if my purchase was to be a gift and if so to type a message to the person the gift was intended for. When I received the item purchased there was no gift card. Why was I asked to type a message if no gift card was to be included. Was it just to waste my time? Oh well.

I ordered a figurine for a group of us to give as a retirement gift for our boss. I'm not usually the one who decides on the gift but I found this particular figurine and when everyone saw it, they agreed that it was beautiful and the perfect gift for our boss. Packaged very securely, I didn't even have to check for damage before wrapping. Thank you

Whenever I order from Music City Cards and Gifts, I get reliable service. My order is shipped right away. I am personally called if there is going to be a delay in shipping.

I love the selection that was offered. It was very hard to find westland giftware anywhere and I was happy to see they had most collections. I ordered ground delivery, hoping utensils be there before Christmas. To my surprise, it was at my door 3 days after I placed my order at 1am. I definitely recommend this company!

My order consisted of breakable items and I was very impressed with the care that was put into packing my items for shipment. This was my first order, but not the last. I will be doing business with Music City Gifts again!!!!

I ordered some Tusk Elephants from Music City Gifts. When my order got to my house (which was quite fast) I was missing an elephant. On the invoice form it said out of stock, credit issued. I have not received an e-mail nor a phone call nor anything else for that matter. I have yet to see the credit or the product that I wanted. For this reason is why it is a low rating. They did ship the order out quickly (at least some of it).

The selections available from the Painted Ponies collection are broad and deep, with most current versions available from stock. On-line ordering is simple. Email notices set to confirm order, to confirm shipping AND to confirm delivery. I've been ordering for 5 years with outstanding service every time. Highly recommended.

Products came packaged in their original tins and then expertly wrapped in bubble wrap, and centered in a box with packing paper. Shipping was almost immediately following the order and then receipt was within 5days of order. I could not ask for anything else.

They had the best prices on the Horse of A DIfferent Color and best shipping... FREE! I ordered three but only recieved two. I called and they were very nice and shipped it out the same day. Very very nice people.

I am hoping to resolve this issue but until that time I have to give a low rating. The item I ordered came broken. I have called and sent and email to Music City Gifts and am hoping to hear from them soon with instructions on how to return the item and receive a refund.
