I will definetely be doing all of my Peace Frog shopping there. However, would like to see an expanded line of the Peace Frogs FIGURINES!!

I've never ordered from Music City Cards and Gifts before, so I wasn't sure how my experience would be. I made my order and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was finding the item I wanted and going through the purchasing process. After a day or two, I received an email stating my order had been shipped (very timely!). A few days later, I received my order, and all was as I hoped it would be. I opened the box, and the item had been well packed. This was a fragile, breakable item, so I was very happy and relieved to see it was in perfect condition. I am a happy customer with this purchase and will be back when ready to make another order. Thank you, Music City Card and Gifts, for making this a very pleasant buying experience for me.

Purchased a replacement "Painted Pony" that I accidentially broke and they were great to work with! I wanted to make sure it was being replaced with the same brand/manufacturer and they took great care of me. Everything was packaged perfectly! Would recommend AND do business with them again!

Although I found web site a bit "jumbled" and disorganized, the selection of products is incredible. I found what I was looking for at a very good price. I thought shipping was a bit pricey. However, when package came, it was packaged so well and with such care, it looked like any item inside would be virtually impossible to be damaged/broken. All in all, very pleased with my selections!

This was my first order with Music City Cards & Gifts. I am very pleased. Their site was easy to use and I got my order faster than expected (a rare treat.). Love the Marilyn Monroe glass that I ordered! They took the time to bubble wrap it along with extra protection to make sure it arrived safely. Way to go!

I recently purchased two Pugnacious items from Music City Gifts. The item was discontinued and only one was available. Music City Gifts contacted me promptly by phone to apologize that two of the one item were no longer available and offered to substitute another item in its place. They also offered to provide a Pugnacious Mini in addition for the inconvenience and shipped the items right away. I'll visit their site again, soon. Great customer service!!

I have been ordering from Music City for about seven years. I placed an order about a year ago and there was a problem with it. A person from Music City called me on a Sunday to check to be sure that they had it correct. That made me fell that they do look at each order on an individual bases.

Sorry for this being so late, but work has me very busy. I enjoy the service and notices I get. Also those reminders to place orders is very helpful for me. Thanks for the service.

I was looking for a Cow Parade figurine that was retired. I found it here for a very reasonable price. I received my order quickly and my item arrived intact. I will definitely buy again.

I have been buying painted ponies from Music City Cards & Gifts for over 5 years and have had nothing but great experiences! They always come carefully packaged, and I get them fast. They also send out special coupons that make for really good deals and keep me up to date on special releases. Also, I received a damaged pony one time and they replaced it right away, no hassle! That's the way to do business!

I love Music City Cards & Gifts! What a great resource for such an eclectic variety of gifts and figurines! Their website is friendly, which makes it easy to shop over the internet. Whenever I have needed to talk to someone about an order, Laura has always been an invaluable help and goes above and beyond to make everything work to get my orders as soon as possible. She in a great asset! Definitely 5 Stars!

I have placed an order for several items and 2 of the items were backordered. After 6 weeks of patiently waiting, I contacted Music City Cards and Gifts and was told that the two backordred items are expected to arrive in two additional weeks. That time came and only 1 of the 2 backordred items was available. The owner returned my call the next day to apologize for the continued delay of the backordered item. She tried to rectify the issue by sending me a substituted item for free just for the inconvenience. The gesture was well appreciated. On her follow up call, she noted that I previously made a big purchase of several painted ponies from the 'Trail of the Painted Ponies' series and she has in limited stock, 3 rare pieces from the collection. Knowing that I am a collector, she offered me to purchase those 3 pieces at a reasonably discounted price to once again apologize for the non-availability of the backordered item in another order. To me this is going above and beyond the call of duty and I give them 5 stars for excellent customer service. The vendor knows how to keep their customers happy and I am delighted to say that I have been fully satisfied with my experience thus far with the vendor. I highly recommend them for exceptional service.

These people will work with you and help in any way they can. I collect painted ponies and most of the time I just go there to get it and they even have promotions. Love doing business with them.
