Following my previously scathing reviews “Corporate Small Print “ and “Cowboys” I have to report that I received a call out of the blue about a week ago from a lovely Lady called Hannah. She apologies that she had been away and only just been able to pick up my case.
The Long and short of this is that EB have refunded me in full for the damaged shower tray and the refund cleared yesterday.
It may have taken a bit of time to get there but many thanks Easy Bathrooms and especially to Hannah in the feedback team.

L shaped bath is not fit for purpose. Terrible design that even a 5 year old struggles To fit in. Poor customer service.

Team has done wonderful job on my Wetroom and Cloakroom. Very professional and expert team. Done the job as per time promised, accurate and tidy.

My bathroom has provided work warranty for 2 years which is amazing. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Just had my bathroom fitted, fabulous workmanship, great quality products and such a lovely finish.

Great service from my bathrooms. they supplied very high quality products and Marion and the team were great. they did rush the end a bit which meant they had to come back a couple of times to finish off the last couple of jobs which is why I have given 4 stars rather than 5. bit all in all very happy and they are a great company.

My-Bathrooms did a great design and Installation on my 2 bathrooms completed Feb 20. Workmanship and attention to detail was first class and everyone from start to finish was very professional. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I've just had the most gorgeous bathroom fitted, wonderful quality products and friendly professional staff. Advice and support given throughout the process from planning to fitting to ensure it was perfect. I would give 10 stars if I could 🌟

Had my wetroom installed by my local My bathrooms installer. Fantastic workmanship and the product range we chose form was extensive. Can’t recommend my bathrooms enough

The cabinet they sent me had a chip on the glass. I’ve tried to email on numerous times but they are unresponsive. There is no dedicated telephone number either. Very bad customer service. As all their products are reduced I have a feeling they will be going into liquidation soon. Be aware!

Had a bathroom refitted recently excellent job done by James very happy with the service. Job done within the timeframe, very polite and kept me informed throughout the work he was doing. Very pleased with bathroom. Well done everyone at coventry bathrooms (Radford branch).thank you so much.

After seeing the wonderful work completed to renovate my bathroom, my 91 year old Mum had Carl and Co. renovate her 40+ year old bathroom, kitchen and laundry. My Bathroom Melbourne did a wonderful job, Mum loved all Carl's builders, and the job was finished on time and on budget. A wonderful result and Mum is now back cooking huge meals for the whole family!

Absolutely awful - steer clear of this company!!

I was sent the wrong part, and they have been totally unresponsive when trying to arrange a replacement or refund. They will take your money and run!

I agree with the post on the 31st - communications is impossible and they just don't respond or respond late. I am still awaiting a refund for an item i returned which I also provided a record delivery copy of who signed for it and all I've got is silence .... Its all well and good getting a bit cheaper but if anything goes wrong that's when good customer service comes in. DON'T USE !!!

The wet room tray is exactly what I was looking for and it comes with very clear installation instructions. I wasn't confident ordering from a company that's new to me, so when I phoned to make sure I'd got the dimensions right I was worried to get an answering machine. However the call back came almost immediately - very helpful and set my mind at rest.
