Ordered cabinet online before 12.30hrs, arrived 09.00hrs approx next morning . That's what I rate as excellent service .

Although I try to keep my local plumbers merchants in business when you go shopping for a high value quality item it really pays to search the Web. My-Bathrooms came up with a price that could not be beaten by some several hundreds of pounds. The service was faultless and the item was despatched direct from the manufacturer. Highly recommended.

...and the best price I found online

Ordered Crosswater tap and shower valves and was told that it will be next day delivery. When it did not arrive, called again and the member of staff chased it and got back quite quickly ( good response) to say that it is delayed by a day and said that Crosswater had not given correct information.
The products arrived next day and the hand held shower was totally different from the picture. Called Crosswater myself and they said go back to the place where it was bought. Called my-bathroom and lady was not keen on checking and said Crosswater should have done it themselves and was not happy to take the responsibility. She also was suggesting that if it was not the same as picture, did it make any difference.Was not happy with the attitude of dumping me with whatever product I got and not happy that she was not doing good customer service. Ultimately she did chase it and got back same day saying that I will have the desired product next morning which I did.

Delivered very promptly. There was a mistake on their website offering the product for a lower price than should be, but they still honoured the purchase price without fuss.

Ordered a Crosswater bath waste/ filler from My-Bathrooms at a considerable saving compared to the normal price. The delivery was fast and the item was very well packaged.

Ordered some glass panels for a wet room, great advice and quick delivery.

Not yet fitted the shower screen but looks a quality product at a great price.Only lost one star for not delivering next day as advertised (and not informing me) but did then deliver 2 days later with no issues. Would definitely use again.
