I ordered a item on the 13th dec. I was advised that i would receive the item in a week. Its 31st Dec.. i have not heard anything. I have tried to contact the Harrogate store and no answer. If you have a deadline DO NOT USE these people! If i dont hear nohting soon i will be taking legal action. Appalled by the service

Today is Friday; Item ordered last Monday; have tried to establish status of order - 'my account' simply says order 'unfulfilled'; I understand it is Christmas week and just want some information like - how long before delivery likely! Have emailed once - no reply; used online contact form - no reply; have left phone message - no reply. Very disappointing.

I ordered an item over two weeks ago to come in 5 days, was told the day before it was due it would be another 8 days, should have been delivered on Friday, called to check it was coming, nothing turned up. Spoke to Steve this Saturday and today who was very nice but can't even guarantee I will get my item this Wednesday which is now nearly three weeks and a cost of £1,000 for the plumber I have on site who can't do any work until the shower tray arrives.
Really poor communication, this company shouldn't be advertising products with dates they can't deliver on, its now too late to order from anyone else so I'm stuck hoping that I will get my item on Wednesday.

Disappointed and angry at the appalling service I have received from MyBathrooms. On 23rd April I ordered an Axor showerpipe worth almost a thousand pounds, yet, 6 weeks later, I am still waiting for the item.

An error was initially made by their team: two weeks after ordering I received a handshower of the same brand (not great for nearly a grand...). I then contacted MyBathrooms and was told that the showerpipe would be sent to me shortly. I have been calling three times since then to check on the progress of my order and on each occasion was only given very vague answers. Yesterday, I was told that the showerpipe would be with me on the same day, yet I am still waiting for it. Throughout this whole ordeal, MyBathroom never proactively contacted me to provide an update...

I am now in a position where I have no option but to pursue a claim through the relevant legal channels.

On the plus side, the lady on the phone, whom unfortunately I got to know quite well, is fairly friendly...

I ordered a basin and a few bathroom accessories from them, what I really like is- their delivery time! Within 2 days my parcel received and it was exactly how I wanted. Another good thing about My Bathrooms is, their extra cheap prices as compared to other stores online. I wanted something smooth on my budget and they took care of that. I am a happy customer because of the quick delivery and big discount deals.

Would recommend My Bathrooms to anybody who’s renovating or remodeling their bathroom! Recently bought a towel warmer and a couple of taps – was amazed to see the price difference as compared to other brands. The best part was the products reaching me exactly as and when promised!

I ordered my shower wastes and few other items and they were delivered on time. Amazing service! My new wet room is now complete. Thanks for your help, your products are great value. Would recommend!

I used the delivery information field on the order form to request that my order was left in my shed but this did not happen. When I called the delivery company directly they told me the message had not been passed on but arranged a date to redeliver. I waited in all day on this date but the item did not arrive. My husband and I had taken time off work in order to install our shower and this time was wasted.
The item has since been delivered but I never had any response to my two emails to My-Bathrooms. The company has very poor communication and used an unreliable delivery company. I will not be ordering from them again.

Goods ordered on February 19 still waiting for delivery on March 1 despite promises of delivery.this has cost me £200.00 in labour costs and i still have an unfinished bathroom for the sake of a shower trap.
The operators are an unorganised group of amateurs and should be avoided at all costs.

Ordered 5 days ago no sign of delivery so tried to contact them over 24hours ago, again no response. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

You have had 2 emails off me and my phone is ringing when everyone else calls it, I do have a answerphone aswell !!!

I had a nice fast delivery and notification by text to say when it was coming and when it had been delivered. This was great as the house is at present being re-built so I'm not actually in it. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone

My order arrived completely wrong, with a different tap, different flush plate and half a shower. My Bathrooms had sent the correct order information through to Crosswater but they sent the wrong items. Someone from Crosswater was in touch the next day and a new order sent that same day. No fault of My Bathrooms and was all sorted out.

Jackie was super-helpful and efficient and I received my item the following day

Never heard of my bathrooms until recently. I had to call several times to get technical help and I found them easy to contact, helpful and polite.
The delivery was swift too.

Ordered some sanitary-ware with free delivery. Unfortunately, there was a long wait before my items were available. My-bathrooms contacted me promptly to inform me, so I was able to make other arrangements in a timely manner. Excellent customer service.

The service was fantastic. They didn't have the taps that I had purchased and helped me enormously to find alternative ones. I would recommend to anyone to use them.
