My purchase was not without problems, but they were quickly resolved without any sense of irritation:-
First of all, I had difficulty in using the sofware on the 'My-Bathrooms' site. My e-mail was quickly acted upon & the problem sorted.
I ordered a bath which was quickly delivered directly from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, on arrival it was found to be damaged; but a phonecall led to a replacement in a few days.
All of this was a year ago - and a lot can change in that time. However, based on my experience at that time, I feel that I got a high quality item at a very reasonable price; and the help I received from the staff could not have been better.

I was quite disappointed with the customer service at my-bathrooms. I placed an order and was told after I'd paid that there was a long lead on one of the items. I should've been told before this. Also I had a problem with a couple of the items and sent an e:mail but never received a confirmation that something was being done. I've had to chase all the way. Also not delivered at the agreed time.

The entire process was effortless. If I had to be critical... if I could have had more accurate tracking on the delivery this would have been the cherry on the top!

Went to the showroom and the staff were really helpful. Then ordered a sample on line and it arrived two days later. Perfect!

Came across this company by chance whilst revamping our bathroom. I had purchased other items from other sites but found this company to be just as well priced but their delivery was far better with goods arriving the next day. Would use again without hesitation.

I needed some wet room adhesive quickly and not only did My-Bathrooms have a great price on the item I wanted but arranged delivery quickly and without any problems at all.

In my opinion a company like this one,is the kind of company that will help Britain's economy rolling. I was treated politely,with great attention to detail and prompt delivery. And to add to it all,I was happy with the goods. Great stuff!!

I was very peased with this bath screen, coming in at around 50% or more below other advertised products online and possibly 75% below the so called bathroom sales shops. Would definately recommend this to friends.

Ordered a bathroom sink tap, they failed to note that the item was not in stock. so after waiting a week I called to told it was coming from Germany, Clearly this a problem if you are working to a time frame.

Also the online account login doesn't work whic is frustrating if you are tryi ng to chase your order, and the reset your password does not work either ( i'm running google chrome)

The tap we ordered was despatched much quicker than I expected and arrived within 2 days of playing the order. Would definitely look to use again for future bathroom purchases.
