Bets price and good service. what mre can you ask for.

I purchased an Abacus Elements linear Concept Raised Tray Kit 1L - 900mm X 1800mm. This has proved an excelled raised shower floor ( so the floorboards etc are not disturbed). In my case the floor screed supplied was insufficient due to the bathroom floor not being level but otherwise, an excellent & comprehensive kit. My-Bathrooms were prompt delivery & at a good price, so would recommend them & the product.

The product was well explained on the website. This is an,often overlooked, essential part of the customer's requirement. The payment was facilitated in a user friendly way and the product was delivered quickly. The website presented a general ambience of enthusiasm to help the customer to make the right decisions as to what to buy. The promise of service quality came across very clearly and it was delivered.

The product itself is easy to use and this is also important.

Offers and delivers an inspirational and extensive range of products coupled with exemplary service and value for your money. Technical web based or personal advice is all you would want or need. A reliable team and proficiently run organisation.
Very satisfied.......Steve was even able to arrange my delivery to France, i don't think it was easy with glass products, but he said they could do it and were good to their word.

I bought from this site when it was just setting up. I found Steve to be extremely efficient and he got back to me with any queries I had. I also managed to buy three Vessini loos at a third of the price of another expensive supplier although they looked very similar. All in all, this is a small business that offers great service! What more could you want!

Ordered a pair of Towel Warmer valves from My-Bathrooms based on best price offered. Placed Order on a Friday and received valves on Monday morning, even before I received confirmation they had been sent, this with free delivery. Could not ask for more. Excellent service would certainly use again.

I have now placed three separate orders with My Bathrooms, and all three were processed quickly and arrived within 2 days of the order being placed. The only issue was that the online status of the order does not seem able to keep up with what’s happening in reality, so my order was still "Awaiting Fulfilment" even after the product had arrived. Best prices I could find online and free delivery is a bonus!

Having shopped around for the items for some time including from my local Builders Merchant (who did not even get back to me with a price), I am pleased with my order.

My delivery was fast. Unfortunately the tray was damaged, but a new one was sent out and was with me next day.

My bathrooms has to be one of the best companies our company B&N Brickwork have used in a long time, nothing is a problem for them they sorted all of our requirements out very quickly and dispatched all of our products when they said they would some even came next day which was amazing.

Ordered a replacement timer/thermostat for my underfloor heating. It was delivered the next day which I thought was excellent as there was no charge for P&P. installed item the same day and worked fine

Although I had a bit of an experience ordering, with their auto confirmation system not responding, due to a switch over to a new server (which ended in me ordering the product twice). The staff were extremely helpful in sorting this out as soon as they noticed the duplicate order. The delivery details and meeting my specific requirements on timing were dealt with to my complete satisfaction. Very happy indeed with the service provided.
