My Plumber Reviews 

My Plumber is my only port of call when I need any plumbing works done at my home, my rental properties and also my various business properties. They are also my only port of call when I need an electrician, handyman, drain experts and so forth. The team at My Plumber are very responsive and efficient from taking the call, to doing the works and arranging all the paperwork and payments. There are very flexible and are available both at short notice and for longer term projects. I would thoroughly recommend them to my friends and I have already done so.

I recently purchased from Costco at Hayes a new “Insinkerator Steaming Hot water tap. Model HC3300 (It was on sale at half the RRP)
To install I needed some plumbing and drilling of the work top, and not having the necessary tools or knowledge decided to try and find a local firm to quote me. This was required as my normal plumber whom I have used for 6 years closed shop and moved elsewhere.
I requested a quote from “My Plumber Ltd” and was given a satisfactory figure and requested the work to go ahead. The Plumber arrived at the appointed time and preformed the installation professionally and to my satisfaction.
There was a minor query over the bill, but this was resolved quickly to my satisfaction.
I would recommend this company for anyone requiring this type of service.

kitchen sink blocked and pipes leaking. When I tried to clear the u-bend the whole assembly collapsed to a bit of an emergency. Called My plumber who attended on the same day and replaced all pipe work (at my request) - problem sorted. Well organised, good communication (they let me know they were going to be 30 mins late) and friendly and efficient at doing the job. Also happy to fix a slow leak on water supply to a bathroom tap on the same visit. Overall a great service - thank you guys.

I have had some great jobs done by My Plumber and a couple that were not quite so good. What I would say is that the office staff are exceptionally responsive and willing to explain why certain things have happened or remedy the situation when they feel they have not met their own standards.

We asked My Plumber to take on a project in an Edwardian London flat involving the creation of one bathroom, the complete renovation and conversion into an ensuite of the only other bathroom, and the conversion of the dining room into a study. From the start Jamie Glasson, the foreman, was amazing at sorting out everything. His enthusiasm, professionalism, extensive knowledge and unfailing good humour throughout the (difficult) project was great. He was meticulous about keeping costs down and managed to bring in all the work at a more than reasonable cost. Not once were we let down by any of the several lovely workmen who handled the different tasks, every single one was punctual, professional and efficient. The tiling in both bathrooms is a work of art! All from My Plumber went the extra mile when it was needed. We are especially grateful to how kind and caring all of the staff have shown themselves to be.

Having suffered bad workmanship on a new boiler and heating system we were left with no water or heating for 10 days as our current plumber fought to deny his errors. My Plumber stepped in and saved the day with a quick efficient, fairly priced service. Their attention to detail and hands on customer service was fantastic. From the admin staff to the plumber - the whole team was excellent. Thorough recommend them.

This is the second time I have called them out and I was not disappointed. I thought I had three problems but in the end I only had two which saved me a considerable amount of money. During his visit he had to go out and buy a new part which he did with good grace and came back very quickly and fitted the part. I shall ask for the same person again if and when I need a plumber. Keep up the good work.

I have used My Plumber for a boiler service and to replace the plug mechanism in the bathroom basin. I was particularly impressed with the boiler service, everything was checked, drained, cleaned and then checked again in my presence. The plug mechanism was tricky and required the entire basin and pedestal to be taken apart and took quite a long time, but the end result was good. The booking system was excellent and efficient. I will certainly use them again.

I've had My Plumber do a number of projects for me over the last four years. I've been very happy every time. I'm looking forward to using their decorating services next

I have used MyPlumber for servicing my boiler on two occasions and for repairing a leaking shower and have found them to be professional in their approach, very helpful and reliable. Although no plumbing/boiler servicing is cheap these days, I have found their charges to be reasonable and fair.
I particularly like the way they send a reminder by e-mail re boiler repair. This is really just good administration but has the effect of making one feel like a valued customer! The people who have been out have always been friendly and arrived on time. I have no fault to find with them and would definitely use them again.

We returned home from hols to find no water supply, except for that in the kitchen, which bypassed the water softener. My Plumber went through the whole repertoire of checks without finding the problem and then, in the face of my desperation, began to unscrew pipes in our loft to get to the nub of it. Our water softener had leaked its entire operating resin into our system and blocked it up completely so no water could flow. This was a first for My Plumber who patiently and conscientiously cleaned the whole system out for us

I had two new radiators fitted in my kitchen . The work was carried out in a day and the heating system checked to make sure it was working well.
Very professional but also friendly and approachable. If I need further plumbing support I will certainly contact My Plumber again.

I have used My Plumber for several years for boiler servicing, boiler installation, and other plumbing work. They are always easy to reach on the phone or by e-mail, and they answer questions afterwards if there are any. The work always works, too. Very happy with the service.

I called My Plumber and arranged for an engineer to come out to do an annual service on my gas boiler. Once the service was completed and the engineer was leaving, I mentioned about a slight smell of gas on entering the property. The engineer could have told me to phone British Gas then and left but he stayed, did some tests and confirmed there was indeed a leak in two places. He called British Gas himself and told them about the problem and where it was. He therefore went above and beyond the call of duty (in my opinion). British Gas then sent out someone to fix the leak straight away. If only more companies were like My Plumber, the world would be a nicer and happier place. My Plumber is like a lifeboat in a shark-infested sea ! I would definitely use the company again and recommend them to other people.

On site plumbers were very thorough, good workmanship and excellent time keeping. Bookings team are efficient and personable. Would definitely recommend.

I always use My Plumber because they make it easy for me. They are flexible and friendly and get the job done and done well. Why would I go anywhere else?

Arranging an appointment on the phone was easy, with them trying to accommodate our needs so the appointment would be as soon as possible on our available timeslots. Besides that, when we had an issue with the debit card details we had provided them, they were flexible enough to offer alternatives.
As for the visit itself, the person sent was competent, and took extra details in case a follow-up repair is needed.
