Thank you My Private Network. I have had some difficulties setting up my dd-wrt router and my vpn, however all these issues have been resolved thanks to a great support team @ my private network. Chris spent ages fixing the issues remotely today and got my router up and running, thanks a lot for the great work :-) Great service!

Great product and reliable. Their advisers are excellent and very very knowledgeable plus the MPN after sales service is the best I have ever had the pleasure to deal with, when required.

I have been using MPN AS A VPN FOR8 years and every time I had a problem it was respond to witting a working day and often within Minutes
The last problem was my VPN not connecting o my laptop -I was replied to within 30 mins and when no explanation was forthcoming they set u a technicians meeting where they took over and checked my computer
They installed Tunnelblick and now all is rosy -

I was having problems configuring a router so I gave permission for MPN to access it online, they sorted out my problem straight away. I have tried a few VPN's and my private network are by far the best and very reasonable. I will recommend to everyone who is looking for a great service.

Good sevuce would use again

I've been using this service on and off for the last 5 years or so. I travel quite often as far as ASEAN, UAE, America, Australia, India and Slough!!! So often need a VPN to connect to home. Mainly it's to access BBC TV and my Netflix account, but the added security is good as well. A reliable service at a reasonable price. Can't be faulted really.

We have been with My Private Network for over 10 yrs I think. I have tried other, cheaper VPNs, but they are never as stable and My Private Network has always been helpful and responsive. We have had a few issues, but they have always worked with us to resolve them. It means a lot to have someone you can trust.

My Private Network staff, in particular Chris, Benedict and their colleagues have provided the most excellent support in sorting out a DNS issue for me.
The support service is very quick to respond to any issue raised with them and more particularly they fix the problem.
In the past they have also assisted me with a VPN issue again with excellent response times.

A faithful and truly satisfied customer for many years. Many times when I contacted them with a problem,in most cases it was finger trouble (I'm now 88)
But the professionalism, courtesy. and quick responses have always been perfect. I have never found Customer Services anywhere -UK or in the 14 countries I lived in over 24 years with the F. & C.O. that come anywhere near this company. Top technicians, Chris, Veronica, Adzfal and many whose names I forget. Why are there none around to equal them
