Had a three day trial My Private Network, excellent communication, couldn't believe how easy it was to set my V.P.N., as it turns out Iwas on holiday in Spain at the time and couldn't find time to get back to them within the three day period, but I got my vpn working very quickly and watched the sport I was trying to see, was very relieved, I will be getting in touch with the company when I get home, Tom,,

Amazingly quick turn around from their support team when I made an error in setting up the service. Very impressed.

I live in a country where VPNs are blocked and you cannot log in to the websites. Chris at MPN was able to remotely control my laptop and download the VPN for me. What a fantastic service - Thank you.

Great VPN. Works like a charm, never had a hassle. The My telly addition is great as I can seemlessly go to the UK without mounting the VPN. Great. Had occasion to contact support and received a reply within 5 minutes of my request. Brilliant!

I have been with MPN for a number of years and when issues have arisen out of both our controls MPN have helped in a most sympathetic manner, extending subscription until resolved without hesitation.

Tried the free trial worked fine, payed £25 for a 3 month connection, guess what? Yep you guessed it, wouldn't connect to a single server! Would you adam & eve it. So I used an old email set up a free trial again, guess what ??? Connected INSTANTLY, steer well clear these people are dubious and these reviews are very dubious... in a word S**T and £25 worse off... Which I don't expect to see again JOKERS...

Lost my DNS connection and sent off an email. In about an hour I had a reply asking for details. Sent them off and back came a reply with the solution. All fixed within less than 90 minutes.

I am always amazed at the level of customer service provided by my private network. Not only do you get to 'speak' with actual people but these actual people sort out your problem promptly and efficiently without forcing you to trawl through pages and pages of help notes because who honestly has time to do that?!
So once again my problem was solved speedily thanks to the remote log in facility. Cannot speak highly enough of my private network....now if only Facebook's 'customer service' were to take a leaf out of their book ?!

I have been a customer of this company for a few years now. Wild horses would not get me to change to another VPN provider - why ??? Because the quality of their customer support is SECOND TO NONE. their responses to problems are quick, accurate and extremely helpful with 100% comittment to making the customer happy.
Last night Chris from their customer support team set up my DNS My Telly service by remote control. It was a complex and challenging task but Chris, showing remarkable tenacity got me up and running with the DNS My Telly service and icing on the cake, set up my Chromecast device. The result is truly stupendous. If you are looking for a VPN, dont even think about going anywhere else. Great company, great service.

I've just finished setting up my DD-WRT Router working thought Sky with OpenVPN access.

All my client are using the VPN with out any trouble. :-)

I have managed to travel the world on the VPN my front room. This services is second to none.

So if anyone wants a VPN service I would recommend these Guys.

I've been a client for more than a decade, can't recommend them highly enough. The product is very strong and the customer service is exemplary - recently dealt with Ted and Afdzal and received the fastest and most helpful responses - other industries could learn a lot from this company. Have recommended to friends and family and all are very pleased -- a true and rare gem of a company.

Super service that works! But also the back up customer service is super. If there is any problem, no matter how small. They are happy, friendly and fast to help. Normally within an hour. 5* I have been with them for some years now and look forward to the years ahead!

The support team at MPN are for me,the best I have ever dealt with.
I had a big dd-wrt router problem and the solution wasn't easy to find,
but they stuck at it, and after two lengthy sessions including flashing the router with new code, Chris finally got me up and running. If you're looking for VPN don't look anywhere else. This is old fashion service where the customer really counts.

This company are the best, superb support for getting my "custom" router setup for VPN access. They spent a couple of hours testing and configuring my router with the end result of having all my devices connecting to my "My Private Network" VPN. I really appreciate the effort involved and will try and keep my subscription active with the company. Many thanks.
