Had problem with failure to connect to VPN service after changes I made to installation. Support requested at 4.00 am. Within a few hours a simple, comprehensive response received. Problem then resolved within 2 minutes. Fastest support and resolution I have experienced. Excellent.

I've already given this company 5 stars for its service on my ancient MacBook, but now have to add another 5 stars for the Android app and widget, which I've installed on my phone and tablet. Downloaded, installed, logged in, pressed Connect, and that was it - connected. First class!

I have used MyVPN for several years in several countries on all types of OS platforms and found the system to be extremely stable in all situations.
The "after sales" and support is the best I've had from an IT supplier, it could not be better.
MyVPN website is clear, extremely user friendly and the costs of the service is lower than it's competitors, a very cost effective and efficient service, I will continue to use MyVPN as my VPN service provider and would recommend MyVPN to everyone requiring a VPN connection whether for short term or long term use.

What a brilliant service, I would definitely recommended it!
I had several problems getting the service to work on my laptop and TV, but with the brilliant support service (a big thank you to Suria!) I was eventually up and running.
I initially tried the 3 day free trial but due to technical issues (mine!!) i was not able to connect to the service, the email support was fantastic and they got back to me within the hour....usually sooner; due to the complete lack of technical knowledge on my part i was not able to correct the problem myself, so they extended my free trial for a further 3 days and got a wonderful technician (Suria) to take over my laptop and sort my mess out.....perfect!
Needless to say i will be signing up for the VPN/MyTV package, fully confident that i will have professional support if or when i require it.
