Small problem with connection. Wrong password had been stored by me on my computer. Support from MPN promptly put me right.
I have been using this service for several years now and can unreservedly recommend.

During the last couple of months, I have experienced difficulty in being able to connect through VPN. My Private Network customer support is second to none. The technical support staff is experienced and ever so patient.

I would recommend this service.

Your software works well but your documentation sucks,
For example I forgot how to use the software on windows 10.
Ended up changing my password. So , checked knowledgebase for how to use software on windows 10 - no luck. Remembered how it worked.
Tried to connect to GBR (The service I paid) for. Does not connect, does not ask for password, try my laptop - fails - not asked for password.
Back to Kbase -only think i can find on password is how to change it on your site - not how to change it in the app or windows 10 software.
Do you actually get someone non technical who does not use the software to try out your documentation?

Had an issue with connection and this was resolved quickly and very professionally.

It took a few different attempts to fix two of which were done by myself but still there was an issue so a support tech accessed my pc and sorted the issue out - excellent service keep it up we need more companies who operate like this

I have used MPN for a few years now and living abroad in a country that is not a free as we are used to can mean we find things restricted, especially the internet. On changing my internet provider I lost connecting to "My Telly" completely I couldn't even open up the ITV Hub web page on my desktop or both of my laptops so watching UK TV was becoming a nightmare. I contacted MPN who guided me through a few things to try but to no avail then they asked if I would be willing to have one of their engineers take over my PC to check things. I agreed to this and they made me an appointment that was at a time of my choosing. I connected with the engineer and let him/her take over my computer and when he/she had finished I was back watching ITV Hub. All this was at no cost to me at all. WHAT AN EXCELLANT 5 STAR SERVICE. I would be totally lost living abroad with out MPN. I highly recommend this service if you need to use a VPN. Many thanks to MPN. Eamonn.

I have been using My Private Network for a number of years and have found it to be invaluable for keeping in touch while living overseas.
A minor hiccup in my service was rectified by updating my set-up within 24 hours recently and I cannot express how gratified I was to restore my service.
I have always found the technical staff to be knowledgeable and keen to ensure the highest degree of service. I unreservedly recommend this service to all who need a reliable VPN anywhere in the world.

Been using this Global VPN for 6 months and extremely pleased with the service, reliability and performance. Regularly change countries and am always astonished by the speed. Highly recommended, and will definitely renew my subscription.

I was pleased from the first day. I did have a technical problem which was quickly solved by their technician. The wide variety of servers has helped me shop freely from wherever I want without having my VPN blocked. The price is very affordable too.

HDCP interuptions with Roku movies is a hardware problem.
I resolved it by unplugging my TV, HDMI and remote button.

MPN is a great outfit. I 've been a subscriber for years and can honestly say it is worth every penny. The staff are especially good at resolving problems on the rare occasions that they occur.
