We had an excellent experience with My Rental Homes. Our contact Nunzio provided a ton of helpful information prior to our stay regarding restaurant recommendations and special events that were happening in town during our stay. He was on site when we arrived at the villa to provide a detailed overview of the villa and gave detailed instructions on how everything operated. He even organized a car pickup for dinner for us on our first night. The villa was absolutely stunning. The views from the terrace were phenomenal and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub with the expansive sea view and view of capri. The location was fantastic - close enough to Sorrento to easily get into town- yet far enough away perched on the hillside to feel a bit of calm. If you have the chance, I would highly recommend that you consider booking with My Rental homes.

Casa Alice was a beautiful spot with water views from every window. The apartment was well equipped and spacious and we enjoyed watching the sunrise while having breakfast.
Easy to hop on a ferry, right outside or take the lift up to the center of Sorrento. There are a few restaurants down in the Marina area as well.

We had the most incredible experience on the speedboat we hired for the day to go from Sorrento to Capri. Guido, whom we organised everything through, was incredibly efficient in organising everything & getting us exactly the kind of boat we wanted.
The two staff on the boat were incredibly knowledgeable, superb guides & so professional & friendly. We had the perfect day feeling like VIP's!

I would without doubt use My Rental Homes in the future, first class people & service.

As a group of 8 couples celebrating a friend’s 50th birthday, Villa Sa Paissa worked absolutely perfectly. It is spread out enough for everyone to have their own space, but also a great space to come together and have a celebration. The villa was really well equipped and everything was super clean and comfortable. Fulvio and his team were simply brilliant and we couldn’t have asked for better service. We will be back next year to celebrate another 50th!!

Thanks to My Rental Homes for the excellent service! They quickly found the best location for our holidays in Umbria at La Casa Colonica Agriturismo Wine Oil Mezzetti. The appartment was clean and provided with kitchen, wifi and air conditioner. The staff was well organized and polite. The swimming pool was sourrounded by many trees and large enough to contain all guests. The location was well placed to visit the Umbria around the Trasimeno Lake but Toscana was also near. A very nice spot in a green area with an amazing view on the lake.

We had a fantastic holiday at Can Blanca. The villa was superb, the kids were in the pool all day and we had plenty of space to relax. Fulvio helped us arrange shopping for our arrival which meant our holiday started the moment we stepped through the door. The Myrentals team also helped with a boat trip to Formentera which was a truly special experience! We’ve booked again this year and can’t wait!

Excellent service from My Rental Homes booking a villa in Myknos at the end of October. Clear communication from Guido and his team and the local rep in Myknos (Andreas) was also very responsive and helpful.

We rented a villa in Moltrasio, Italy. The staff at My Rental Homes were very easy to communicate with, always quick to respond to emails and available for phone calls. Very helpful and pleasant, especially when our plans were disrupted by Covid. We had to postpone our dates for about a year, but all went well and we had a lovely stay.

I booked a beautiful villa in Positano but needed to cancel. Guido was very courteous and gracious and refunded quickly. Hopefully I’ll be able to go in the future and will have no issue booking with him again.

Amazing property- very nicely renovated. Very new and modern. The view is absolutely FANTASTIC. Just a warning the road is very tight and if you have a bigger vehicle you have to park up the hill a bit. Have to drive to restaurants.

I cannot thank Guido from my rental homes enough for making our trip to Mykonos so incredible. The communication was excellent and he helped us plan everything from transportation to in house chef and assisted in bookings in different beaches and restaurants. He replied to any and all questions we had promptly. The stay was comfortable and felt like home! The location was great and an easy walk to the beach, pharmacy and supermarket. Overall, staying at the villa definitely made our trip better and I am so thankful for all the services provided.

This letting and holiday agency is absolutely unreliable so best to be avoided unless you can risk losing our booking just before your travel.

We found a property in Sorrento we liked and read a few reviews and one of them was pretty disconcerting as it was about a late cancellation by the managing agent, Guido Terzouli, which left the poor travellers without a booking and distressed.

The more concerning was the way Mr Terzouli had replied to the review, rude and agitated; completely unprofessional.

I rarely dismiss such reviews but unfortunately on this occasion i did as we really liked the property.

Needless to guess what happened to us...we booked and just a few days before our flight Mr Terzouli cancelled our booking offering a downgrade flat which he called a real upgrade.

This caused us tremendous pain and finally Tripadvisor helped us to book another flat so we were not going to be homeless in Sorrento!

Sadly Mr Terzouli is the CEO of this company...case closed!
