I ordered the stroller from the US for a young couple in the UK who are expecting their first child. They’re a long way from this home and family and we wanted them to feel supported and loved as they prepare for their special addition.
We encountered a couple “hiccups” with shipping/delivery but the good people of My Stroller handled the situation with care and professionalism. They resolved all issues so that the stroller arrived well before the baby! It’s beautiful and the soon-to-be parents are delighted. Thank you!

Great service in store

Lauren from my baby stroller was just lovely. They as well as most companies had a problem with deliveries from suppliers. Lauren kept in touch and updated me on all delays and dispatch. She even offered a discount on another product if I wanted to change my order, gave me option to cancel my order if I wanted. The delays were from the supplier not from my baby stroller and it was Lauren’s communication with me that made me hang on and wait for my order. I’m glad I did. I’m happy with my baby stroller and I’m happy with the product I chose. Also, if you email them for advice on products, they happily respond and give their advice. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again and I would definitely recommend them.

I ordered a cot but it was soon out of stock, i was given an option of getting a refund or choosing a similar item. Response was quick and helpful.

A wonderfuly family run business that not only has everything you are looking for but also will demonstrate and allow you to try for yourself. Most shop you can look but not touch and see a manual for how things work. I can not recommend this shop enough. Thank you very much.

I bought an ergo baby deluxe in green, fast delivery came within 2/3 days as stated on the website. Pram is absloutley gorgeous. It’s a one hand fold but you need to hands to put it up. I bought this pram as I’m a tall mother and it’s the only one fold pram I could find where the handle bars go up.
Would definitely order from my baby stroller again, they message you back quickly.
Only bad thing I have to say is the box arrived damaged and with glass stuck in it. I can gather this is the delivery company and not my baby stroller. But it didn’t fill me with high hopes

Very friendly and informative staff online and in the showroom. They don’t push you to try and buy anything and really know what they’re talking about. I fell in love with a pushchair on my first visit and bought it same day - it was delivered 2 weeks later once the colour I wanted was back in stock.

Ordered a stroller on Thursday 23rd of May and now its June 2nd and it still hasnt been dispatched yet. Im now stuck with a baby and no stroller. I will never order using this site again. Im appalled with the very slow dispatch which still shows no sign of being sent.

Absolutely fantastic! Always putting the customer first, takes the time to explain products and answers all questions without hesitation! Prices are fair and BLC distance helps. But the service is worth the extra few pounds.

I brought a travel system (Cybex cloud z) nd ballos frame… and communication throughout was brilliant. Although a slight fault on the isofix base (Cybex issue not babystroller) and within days I had a new base just in time for our arrival!!

We lately needed a replacement car seat due to a car accident for my toddler and also for the newborn car seat and isofix… without hesitation I went straight to baby stroller and once again smooth and would recommend or advise anyone to use Baby stroller… we travelled a short distance to attend the shop for collection but the distance is deff worth it!!

Price was very good for the cot bed.
Delivery by Yodel was not satisfactory and the box was very tatty and then further damaged.
Yodel stated that they had attempted delivery but they had not. A new delivery date was then required.
Metal fixings could be heard rattling about inside the box.
On checking the cot there were some small marks that had been made by the loose fixings. They were fortunately easily wiped off.

Lovely shop and very informative staff member who really took the time to allow me to test the double prams and make a decision without being pushy for sales. Thank you for making the process so easy

Great customer service - my order wasn’t delivered when it was due as the 3rd party courier had decided to head home instead of delivering to me, and the mybabystroller customer service person I spoke to was extremely helpful and my order was delivered the next day. Great value item too - very pleased!

Had such a lovely experience at my baby stroller. We were helped by the 2 loveliest ladies who were really knowledgable when helping us buy our double pushchair (we went for the out and about double nipper). Can’t fault the service and the shop is lovely too. Have recommended to lots of other parents and definitely will be going there first for any thing else we need.
