OMG do not even bother using this company they are a terrible company to deal with. Ordered an item on a 4 day saver delivery service. As expected the item did not get delivered on time and i ended up cancelling and asking for a refund. Then all of a sudden days later i get an email to say its been despatched. Problem was as it was now around 3 weeks from order it was no longer needed as i had bought it for a party. When it arrived it was of very cheap quality so i would have returned it anyway. I then had to pay to return it and then got told i had to wait another 14days for the refund and also that my bank may take up to another 5 days to get in my account. What a complete con. i had to pay for delivery and to return a load of rubbish all in all took over a month to get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Difficulty Getting a Refund!
The dress didn't fit well and so I sent it back (at my cost). I received an email saying they were in receipt of the dress and would now arrange my refund. I am currently still awaiting for my refund and it will be 3 weeks on Monday and my email to them this week asking for an up-date has gone unanswered! I have had to raise a query with PayPal now to try and get my refund, thank goodness I paid through PayPal in the first place! I suggest that unless you are sure you will definitely like the item ordered, do not place any orders with this company.

Mistakenly ordered item
I mistakenly ordered a top thinking I was ordering a dress. I didn't realise it was a 2 piece. Sadly my budget didn't allow for me to purchase the skirt also. I realised my mistake instantly and emailed customer services and spoke with a lady called Sophie who responded quickly and issued me a refund straight away. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

Shocking service. I bought two dresses from my bandage dress and both are damaged. One has a big hole in it and the others strap isn’t attached to the dress. I bought these dresses for parties around Christmas and new year, left rushed trying to find alternative options. I have tried to do a return on there website, it does not accept my booking ref code or my email address. I have been messaging on Facebook, Instagram and email and had NO response. I would NEVER recommend this company. Please go elsewhere do not spend your hard earned money on these expensive dresses that are awful quality.

Terrible service
Absolutely shocking... ordered a dress ( this one was lovely to be fair but was too small) I emailed to exchange which they said they would took them over a week for me to get a new one with no email received for tracking in meantime & numerous emails ignored. Received new dress which was dirty! Pink Pen on outside of dress & a coffee like stain on the inside! Not to mention the tag wasn’t even attached to the dress. I sent countless emails which they have read ( facebooked so you can see they’ve opened them) and just ignored I’ve opened a paypal case and sent the dress back for a full refund. Still not heard a thing so I wouldn’t use them again!
