My Bandage Dress Reviews 

Ordered a dress 2 weeks ago and it’s only just arrived today. The delivery time said 4 working days. I needed it for an event last weekend and the website says they don’t do refunds so now I have a £70 dress which I can’t get the money back for apparently?! I’ve tried emailing three times now with no response from them at all. Will never shop on this website again. I want my money back!!

Since writing this My Bandage Dress have contacted me and offered me a full refund so I am a lot happier with the customer service. Maybe I will use them again after all! Thank you 😊

I ordered my dress on May 14 and Now it's May 19 and still haven't received my dress and I need it before the 30th of May!!!

I ordered my wedding dress from MYBD and it was absolutely stunning. the material was such great quality, and customer service was super impressive. Definitely worth every penny. Ordered my dress for my 1st anniversary and received it the next day! Really pleased with the quality of the dress and efficiency. Customer service was excellent, Sophie was really helpful throughout the whole process, I was worried I won't receive it on time as I ordered it last minute but Sophie responded right away and re-assured me it would reach me in time and it did!!

I made a order totally £85.50, I was unaware of the returns policy which basically entails you not getting your money back if you simply do not like the item or it wasn't what you expected. They do not give back money they only give store credit which isn't always suitable.

Most of their products are clothes for a occasion so in order to order something else (if they actually have it in your size) and have it arrive ontime is near impossible.

I will not be ordering form the site again as I think to not get a refund for that amount of money for 1 item which simply didnt look nice/or flatter me is unreasonable. And not everyone has £85.50 to spare.

Please be aware of the returns policy before ordering anyone in the future.

Beautiful dress as it's shown in the site. Beside wasnt told clearly where to track the package since it was an international shipment. I wrote to them and they quickly responded just a day after. A happy customer here ;)

Payed 4 express dlv, is 2 weeks since they are telling me, not on stock, lalalallala so way is available to buy? Not even to give me the money back
NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!

Orderd two different sizes of the same dress to try on for fit as there is no store to try before you buy. They came next day as ordered. Returning was tricky as I had to “apply” to return and on applying I discovered that the online store do not offer refunds only store credit. I emailed explaining my situation and the store got back to me the next day stating they would offer me a refund. I was happy and relieved with this. the dress was beautiful and fitted wonderfully. I sent the unused dress back with the emails stating the info. And a full refund was given as promised despite that not their policy. Pleased that the store gave me a refund out of goodwill.

Had a bad experience with the company / customer service last year and really appreciate that under the new management they have taken the time to reach out to old customers and apologize for the inconveniences / poor service. This has changed my view on the company and will consider ordering again in the future, so thank you very much to Sophie from Customer service for your help.

Lucky to get one star. I ordered a green dress, i paid for next day delivery and received it weeks later ! When it arrived it absolutely stunk and had no tags on it and threads sticking out of it not to mention various stains. I also ordered a bikini which was supposed to arrive the same time as the dress and arrived a week later !
I paid £80 for the dress and £42 for the bikini as well as next day delivery for my items to come weeks later In such poor condition I am then told they are none returnable.

Have been sent 2 faulty dresses, I have ordered another 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received it, I have emailed 3 times and not has a response, absolute joke of a company!

Quick delivery. However, short return period and cannot get a refund or exchange on dresses only a voucher. Also dress does not come with any labels on.
