I never got my item as the fabric was out of stock and they refused to refund me... daylight robbery.

Terrible Customer service, still haven’t received my credit note from them! I have contacted them numerous times and no replies

I will be taking this further , they can’t get away with taking people’s money

dresses are overpriced and shitt quality. their customer service is shitt too and you can't even get a refund. my £85 dress came in a flimsy plastic bag. they haven't even replied to my emails for days and my item arrived 5 days late when i paid for express delivery. joke of a company.

Was meant to be delivered in 5 days, over a week later hadn’t been delivered so messaged customer services. My parcel had been through customs and sent back to MBD and then apparently was on its way back to my house but clearly wasn’t as they just cancelled the order. Should have been informed of this change but wasnt

My first order I was disappointed as I was sent the wrong size, I left it last minute as this was a dress for my engagement party, I had to take this dress to an alterations place to be made bigger which I was so worried about. After speaking to Sophie she has sent me a first class delivery out for a new size as a gift. You’ve made my engagement Thankyou so much! Excellent customer service!

Terrible communication, pay next day delivery for item to arrive almost a week later and the bandage material is definitely not bandage.

I’ve bought cheaper bandage material from other retailers which is thick and heavy and much better quality. This material is so cheap. The worst part is they don’t do returns so I’m left with it.

Fast shipping, very helpful, the clothes are an amazing quality, luxury wear, an outfit for any occasion! The Customer service is great, fast response and very helpful!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!! They don't give refunds, I ordered a dress from this site when I tried to return it they would not give me my money back, instead they sent me an email with a specific code to type in so that I could redeem it against something else, but when I tried it just kept saying invalid code, so I emailed them stating that the code was invalid so they sent me another code which also didn't work, I never got my money back, and gave up trying to order anything else.

Came super quick after ordering and fits perfectly, amazing quality

I will be truthful I didn’t have a great first experience with My Bandage dress! after being sent the wrong dress I had it returned and as promised my new dress arrived the morning of Valentine’s Day, material is brilliant quality and they excelled in customer service.
I will order with this company again as they have gained my confidence to do so.

What company in this day and age doesn’t offer redunds? Disgusting!

Customer service was very responsive and despite my worries after reading the old reviews my dress came on time and i was very happy with the quality of the bandage material. Will Defo be returning to buy again.
