I had difficulty understanding the contact operator. This is only a booking service. Less persistence in the first contact stage would be better. I really don't want to be filling in reviews on a booking service, it seams as if it would be easier to contact the mot center direct. Hope you find this helpful.

Fluidity of service

Your website was sending me round in circles, and wouldnt let me select a package, date or proceed with the payment and i ended giving up. Thankully, one of your staff noticed this and called me the next day to check on my appt and booked me in.

I contacted Peoples/Ford in Speke ,Liverpool on the Monday 12 January 2026 and arranged to get my Ford Galaxy MoT tested for the next day. When I arrived, I was dealt with, very courteously and straight away. I was allowed to wait for my car to be tested in a pleasant sitting area where there was a free bottle of water and a can of coke. After completion of the MoT my car was even washed and cleaned. Excellent service couldn’t fault it at all.

Having taken my vehicle in for an MOT test on Thursday 05/11/2025, Their engineer found that the rear tyres on my vehicle had been fitted incorrectly by the company who had supplied new tyres to my vehicle back in June 2025. The engineer kindly changed the wheels around to ensure the wheels were travelling in the correct direction according to the manufactures instrucctions.

Not sure how the show a trustpilot rating of 4.5 when it's 3.4? Requested work and received quotes from 2 companies. When I accepted a quote mycarneedsa.com advised me the work couldn't be carried out as they create the quotes first and then check with the garages for confirmation. What a crazy time wasting system!

Just recieved an emails from this shower telling me my car needs an MOT which it does and booked in with my local garage thats just down the road. They quotes serveral prices to collect and deliver my car £189.00 to a garage 4.21 miles away. £98.00 for the same garage.£259.99 to Halfords 10.81 miles away.I've never heard of this lot and won't using them.

Keep receiving junk emails (spam) from this company, never been on there site never requested information. they just keep email bombing me. Stay clear, must be dodgy!

Very happy....I sent a message throught the websites email and my chosen garage (Wilco, the best by far) called me the next day to book my car in for the MOT, excellent service, and a reminder of when the MOT is due!

Requested quotes for a very minor repair (remove check and re-seal an aerial)….not a single response.

Easy to use site enter reg and postcode put work in required .quotes came back fairly quickly.picked a garage based on price and reviews arranged collection and drop off next day .would use again...

Easy process and quick with the prices

I have only given this one star as you can't give less. Garage I chose contacted me promptly and am booked in, however bombarded with emails and messages from the platform they have even called and left voicemail messages for me to get back to them....when I did they started asking for my details, I refused and hung up. Still pestering me. Would not use again.

One of the worst platforms I have ever used, absolutely pointless, worthless poor functionality. Endless cold calls and emails. Use a proper platform.
