I was very quick to jump the gun and give a bad review to this company. I didn't realise that yesterday was also a bank holiday which is why my messages were not being answered and there were no updates.
Today MyChemist have acted with great speed at sorting out my order after I accidentally clicked on the wrong medicine. They have processed the refund and put through the correct medication for my dental abscess and approved it within the given time frame. I am so thankful that I am able to get some medication as the dentists I need to contact are all closed until the new year. Thank you Mychemist for being patient and for sorting all of this out quickly.

An excellent service. The consultation was very easy to complete and the medication arrives very promptly, which is a godsend when you are in severe pain. Would recommend this service

Quite pricey but my antibiotics came the next day but be warned 21 tablets with delivery will cost you nearly £55!

Was a very quick and easy assessment and service

Having had a severe and excruciating dental abscess, I was devastated when my regular dentist insisted that the earliest possible slot for an emergency appointment would be 35 days. With extraoral swelling of the cheek that extended to, and included severe sweling of my eye, I was seriously worried and booked for an emergency appointment at three different local hospital A&E departments. The first was closed for renovations, the second claimed that all of its computer systems had crashed and no one was available for the foreseeable future and the third refused any form of treatment as I needed to see a dentist (talk about a vicious circle). Finally I contacted My Chemist Plus and was absolutely delighted by the speed, efficiency and accuracy of their service. I would recommend this service to anyone and everyone who is need of a good, quality, professional service, who deliver exactly what they claim in a timely fashion. I have nothing but praise for the service they offer and the professionalism of their service. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
