Don’t waste your time. As a fully grown adult who has had many tooth infections over my life they feel I’m not capable of identifying when I have an infection and having an infected tooth doesn’t meet their requirements for antibiotics for tooth infections. They can tell this via a questionnaire and have no trust in the person who is actually experiencing it.

Have managed to get the antibiotics from another company £20 cheaper and without being made to feel like I’m stupid.

When my own GP refused to prescribe antibiotics for gum pus above tooth and told me to go to a dentist. I told GP I am not listed with a dentist. The GP said no to prescription. Going private for a dentist is expensive and a dentist will want to take teeth out to justify you being there. So I went online to -tomychemistplus.co.uk. I were asked twenty plus questions about my problem and I purchased antibiotics for a week to clear up the infection I had above my tooth. Teeth had sensitivity during taking the antibiotics but after finishing the course of antibiotics my absence and pain had gone. I didn't have to have unnecessary teeth taken out and antibiotics done job. Many Thanks to mychemistplus.

I paid remepharm £44.95 for metronidazole medication on 10/6/2025 which they didn't send.

Was very pleased with the service of this company. Had a gum infection, couldnt get an appointment with the dentist. Antibiotics came the next day, what a relief. You do pay quite a bit but well worth it. Will definitely use again if needed.

Outstanding pharmacy, excellent well trained and friendly staff, so fortunate that Bampton Pharmacy is so close.

Did consultation, got to payment section and got an error saying it failed due to some woocommerse error, so tried again a couple of times and same thing happened so gave up. Then a couple of hours later noticed that 3 lots of £50 had been taken from my bank account.

Messaged them got no reply but figured it was just because it was Saturday. Tried to cancel items in orders section but no way of doing that apparently. Figured I'd message again Monday to try again.

Managed to get 2 out of the 3 orders refunded but despite me telling them 4 times that I no longer needed the order, they completley ignored me and dispatched any way!!

No messages back from these ignorant people. They just want money and dont care about customers! Awful customer service. Just add a damn cancel button. Its not that freaking hard!!!

Shocking. Avoiding any responsibility for Royal Mail issue. You chose the provider not me so of you don't offer alternative you need to resolve the issue not me.
I am reporting this company to trading standard as well as reporting fraud as they are completely refusing to help!!!!!!
I am not willing to let go 50£ just like that for such incompetent company..

I am so grateful these guys exist. I needed some antibiotics urgently and not able to get a dentists appointment for weeks. I received amoxicillin the day after requesting them, with a private prescription. All above board and I highly recommend- thank you 😊

Good drlivery and servive very private

You mistakenly sent me my order twice and only charged me for one. Being disabled I was not able to get to a post office and return this medication.
Sorry about that but life is tough for all of us.
