Have been in need of new trainers for a while - previously purchased these Brooks Trainers from Moti without problems - and all good this time too.
Would have preferred to go into the store rather on line, however COVID19 scuppered that option on this occasion!

Online shop was easy to navigate as was placing the order and the payment. It turned out that one item was not available for delivery of which I was informed via email and the item was refunded. Love the running clothes I got (prompt delivery of all other items), and the customer service was excellent despite the current challenging circumstances.

Ordering from Moti is always straightforward. They have a clear website and the process is simple. Orders arrive really quickly (within 48 hours) and the prices are really competitive. I like to support a local business rather than a multinational conglomerate. And if, for any reason, you need to exchange your order i can pop into the shop and do it. Fantastic service.
