Their Online Service isn’t great compared to competitors
To me their quality of service has fallen a lot over the years and their online service could be improved greatly.
I ordered a pair of shoes for delivery into a store. On completion of the order the confirmation email was vague and not clear if it was actually from Moti. It also took around 5 days for the goods to arrive in store rather than the stated 2. I chatted to the store a couple times on this and they sounded confused by the transaction which didn’t fill me with confidence
