4 weeks have already passed. they did not respond to the email. is it a scam?

Really don't understand this company. 21st century and after one week documents still awaiting confirmation, are you kidding me?

Is anybody even looking at user verifications or they are all on holiday? If i could give a lower rating than 1 star i would.

Tried to withdraw £200 to my bank account on 14/06/2020, entered bank details and funds left myneosurf account. This is the last i have seen of the money, there have been no funds sent to my bank account and no transactions pending. Have tried contacting customer support but have got nowhere.
Myneosurf please resolve this, can you either credit myneosurf account back the money or send it to the bank. Just keeping the money yourself is stealing!
Unfortunately i cannot recommend myneosuf, it seems this company cannot be trusted with your money.

created an account and withdrew funds through a merchant to neosurf wallet , I requested a bank withdrawal from the wallet since June 10 and sent them documents for verification but nothing was processed , I sent them email since last week also no response .
money stuck and no one to contact .

update 1 : 6 days later : no response from Neosurf , Funds didn't reach my bank account .

update 2 : after 25 days they told me that they cannot wire the money to my bank account and that they can credit the amount back to the wallet . my wallet balance still shows 0 and they haven't verified my account and they are holding back my money . is this a scam ? regulated by FCA , maybe I should email the regulation authorities .

My neosurf account is verified and I deposited 600 dollars in vouchers. I tried refunding the amount of 590 last month and still nothing. I received a answer with a ticket number and 2 weeks later no reply or refund. This is most definitely a scam and I strongly suggest everyone stay away from it.

Here I am again writing a bad review of myneourf because, I'm an idiot and thought it may have improved. Lol! Nope. My fully verified account is once again unverified and I deposited money, only to find it didn't credit to my balance, and I can't cancel it- because the account is saying it's not there, but the transaction history is saying it is. And they're not withdrawing to Aus bank accou ts! Thats convenient.
So, congrats myneourf, on doing absolutely nothing to improve a crappy product. Got to admire the zero effort. Also, still no phone number, just some idiotic email address that never replies back.

This sits is a scam its a big scam after i paid 70 euros they blocked my account for no reason, and they dont answer there emails, myneosurf is the wrost thing ive ever used

I like the concept of paying with Neosurf. However the biggest downside is their delay in response to any issues that might come up.
I'm currently on my third issue with myneosurf.com which began on the 21st of March. I successfully withdrew $100 to my bank from my account at myneosurf.com waited a few days to a week, no cash. Decided to email & ask. Got told a max of 5 working days till it would show up in my account. Still nothing. Roughly 10 or so emails back n forth. I still have not had this matter resolved. The last few weeks the only reply I get about it is I will pass this matter onto my colleague.

The amount of money myneosurf make off all these stuff ups & then delaying giving any help, so then people just give up on trying to get their money back. Surely they could put I tiny bit of it to buy a contactable phone. However that might spoil their plot.

Please myneosurf resolve this soon.

I redeemed about 800 euros of vouchers and then they blocked my account without communicating why or what the following steps are. I have tried contacting them for weeks now, through support and email. NO RESPONSE.

They basically stole my money and they don't even have the decency to respond to my email's.

I may have to look into taking legal action if they provide a reasonable motivation behind their actions. But seeing the other reviews here on Trustpilot, I get the impression that this is just a sneaky way for them to make some extra money on the side.

So if you have to use Neosurf, NEVER put a lot of money in your account or buy a lot of vouchers, because you can never redeem them again. But honestly, I would sincerely advice all to stay away from this service.

The least I can do to prevent other people from making my mistake is to go on all social media and warn people about this company's malpractices.

Worst service I have ever seen.
I deposited €100 in my account and all of the merchant I want to pay on want me to verify my account, so I submitted my verification document to myneosurf.com only for them to block my account with my money inside. Please stay away from this website, they are fraudsters trying so hard to rip people of their hard earned money.

I used to buy NeoSurf gift cards to make payments through Epoch.

Now Epoch requires a verified Myneosurf account.

So I registered and sent all the documents required. I expected to be verified within a few hours, like with every other company.

Nope, 2 weeks later, the documents I've submitted are still marked as "Document awaiting confirmation".

Hopeless and stuck with a useless gift card, I used it on on the only site I found still accepting Neosurf codes, with a 18% fee! But I preferred to lose 1/5 of the money than to lose it all, because I don't trust this company at all. And the fact that they seem to put more effort in reporting reviews than solving issues, does not help.

ohhhhh....myneosurf let me down again so frustrated i had trouble in the beggining as a basic account so i upgraded and they are doing the same thing to me ive depossitted money and they are withholding it so i can not use when and where i want to make a purchase...omg all due to company saying i did not tick a box saying that i was to use on gambling.... which is not true or correct as i did tick the use on gambling box as i always do every time i deposit or ever use my account because its the only thing i actually use neosurf for,its the sole purchase and sole purpose of my premium accont there come on guys not again.please let me access my money i just depositted for online gambling purchases i did tick the box thanyou please see to this and fix for me as soon as possible as itscosting me time and money thanks appreciate it...

I requested a refund to my bank account 3 months ago. The money is nowhere to be seen. This is obviously a scam. Do NOT use this service. The support does not help at all. Just asking me to check with my bank when the issue is with them.

This is my third review regarding the same issue still not resolved after 5 months over time contacting several times.
After posting negative review here few weeks ago been contacted from one person representative company myneosurf informing that my deposited money to the account myneosurf been returned to the debit/credit card.
It's confusing really because I done deposits via vauchers neosurf and wasn't able use that money for the time 5 months.
Now my account myneosurf is blocked also didn't received back my own money.
It's really bad where someone keeping my money for the time nearly half year and now providing information that been refunded to the bank card. The problem is I didn't even use credit or debit card for depositing just the small few vouchers neosurf cumulated in one amount to the account myneosurf.
After replied week ago that deposits was done via vouchers not a bank card to this day 7 days didn't get any reply from them. Not even suprising me this because I tried already 5 months resolved this and get my money back or just use myneosurf account. For now I am with out available even login to myneosurf and with out my own money deposited there long time ago

I deposited money into MyNeoSurf then it got shortly blocked. I cant login to pull my money. I emailed 5-6 times and no response, they

Hello, my balance is still 0 after many hours of waiting time after i deposit 10€ that i wanted to use on a website . Please , if you cant put the balance on my account PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY NOW!
I only imagine if i had deposit more money .

create account, deposited money account is zero, say ticket is not activated ,now block from the site. fix my account and i will edit the review
edit: Edit* it worked as promised eventually but it wouldn't really recommend it due to the hassle 4 days for instant is a fail

Deposited but cant use funds as awaiting account verification, no warning of this at deposit, id submitted but nothing happened. Cant get them on phone , they dont reply to emails. do not use!
