Few days ago I signed up using my passport but after few days I went back to check the confirmation I could not login. It said "Your Account Is Blocked!" Looks like these neosurf peoples are stealing users private data and selling them off instead of providing the actual service. Don't bother on using them!

I made a deposit of 50€ into my neosurf, and to validate the account they requested documentation which i sent, now the account is blocked and no one is helping.
I already sent several emails.
I hope someone can help me to get the 50€ back.
