If I could award 6 stars I would gladly do so!! The service received was second to none. I ordered my gazebo on Thursday and was desperate to get this on the Friday. I spoke to the company and they did everything in their power hand it was delivered on Friday at 11am. Awesome service the Bexely 3x4m is a great feature in the garden. I would 100% recommended this company to all my friends and family. Thank you so much for a great service

Poor service. Poor customer service. Still waiting on delivery of gazebo for 2 weeks now and still no sign of goods arriving and that's fast track delivery. Communication between delivery courier and my new gazebo company abismal. Staff don't get back to you when they say they will.
Cancelled my order and requested refund. Overall disappointed.

Bought a 3m x 3m provence gazebo last year which I love. However, tiny holes in roof became tears in moderate wind. Ordered a replacement roof back in Spring and paid for it. ..still waiting, May came and went, June came and went, now July is almost over and still no roof. The structure is bolted down as instructed but is now rusting due to exposure from the elements. With a South facing garden and a child with exzema, we really needed this with the recent scorching weather to shade a paddling pool which we have been unable to use. Contact with customer service is very hit and miss with days between replies, phone not answered, different staff giving different reasons. I appreciate we are all struggling with supply and demand due to Covid and Brexit but when I see they are selling more 3m x 3m virtually identical gazebos for fast delivery yet will not let me have one of those canopies it does make me question how much they value customers or repeat custom.¹

Utterly appalled today to receive an email from the team to say due to my review and still not being able to verify or guarantee the wherabouts of my roof they have decided to cancel my order and refund me! So now I have a ruzting gazebo with no roof and no idea how I would replace it from anywhere else due to the colour, sold as dark cream but is actually more tan brown!? So, escalating this now to Trading Standards.

I have ordered bexley gazebo on 04/07/21 and today is 16/07/21 I’m still waiting.. I had phone them it shows on their system the item is delivered I don’t know what to do soo disappointed.

I'm still waiting on my gazebo. I pre ordered for mid June back at the start of June. I'm still waiting for it. Wanted for this weekend as having a party which I was told i should of received it start of July latest. But now told maybe next week. Not happy at all

Bought a Provence gazebo from these guys. I like heavy duty build quality and i was not disappointed. The gazebo went up in about an hour with the help of my son, and it looks great, good quality all round. I ordered on a Sunday evening and it was delivered on Tuesday which is defo earlier than the 3-5 day promise. Very happy

Do not bother, spent 600 pounds on a gazebo with these and the linen is already falling apart in light winds. Terrible

Got the province gazebo 3m by 4m delivery was quick, but the customer service was appalling after emailing on more than one occasion they never got back to me I always had to phone the next day, the gazebo had a scratched leg and the canopy had been stitched badly, eventually got new leg and canopy, but the second canopy I received was again badly stitched. This gazebo is not worth £550, if I could give this gazebo and customer service a minus star rating I would.

Ordered the Provence gazebo on the Monday and it was delivered on the Wednesday, very high standard, and visually pleasing fully waterproof product, very sturdy and has holes in the frame to screw to the floor, which is very reassuring for extra sturdiness. So pleased ordered another one for a family member

If you are looking to buy from this company. Be careful. We received our gazebo much after the delivery date, it kept moving due to shipping issues, so be mindful if timings are tight. Due to all the rain we have only been able to put it up now, we cancelled event it was bought for sadly due to weather. However we have 4 poles missing :-(( I’ve emailed, called, sent contact forms since Saturday and no responses at all. Was told it’s with management whatever that means. Currently we have a frame built, it’s not secure and no response as to whether we should return it or whether the poles will be sent. It took ages to build and the fact no response has been given is quite shocking esp after the delayed delivery. Be careful other customers, if you do order from this company check your box before you try to assemble.
Mynewgazebo if you can please get back to us today as we need to know whether you can supply the missing parts or not as a frame without a roof is no good. However I have to say the sales rep Mandy was v helpful first time round, personally sending the item to us which we appreciated, sadly it’s got parts missing but not her fault.
Review will be updated if and when a positive response is received as to date it’s radio silence! If we hear nothing then trading standards here we come...
Update- we have been advised poles are now being sent, however the comments below are incorrect as at no point ever was I told the missing items would be sent, instead I was told that it is with management! V different and totally not true which is unacceptable as I would never have written this had I known. Plus the items were not delivered when they were promised originally, that’s not true either, they were late and only arrived a day before our event leaving us no time to set it up as we both work, regardless if there was rain if not it was too tight a window as we were let down!! An apology for sending a product missing items was needed ASAP and just to clarify no response was given until Wednesday after several emails and me calling you! Unacceptable attitude as it should have been responded to as soon as it was read, no acknowledgement of the issue at all, so the excuse of weekend and bank holiday is not relevant as clearly it wasn’t a priority. Never again will I order as the quality is also questionable, let’s see how long it lasts!!! I suggest you avoid as if this is how customers are treated it says it all as do the reviews on here!

At £600 am absolutely disgusted with the quality of the
roof and curtains. Badly made and sewn. Would not advise anybody to spend what I did on this product
Better to buy a cheap one just for one summer.
If wasn't dealing with terminally ill husband who the
gazebo was bought for to enable him to enjoy outdoors I would spend time getting trading standards involved in this rip off (probably soon ripped) product. It is by no means heavy duty as described .

I seem to be getting nowhere with this company, took delivery of my new Gazebo several weeks ago, on erecting framework I noticed that the paint has not taken on one or two welds, not a big problem so I overpainted the weld area with a proprietary metal paint.
When we erected the canopy we noticed a flaw in the material, so we dismantled.
At this stage we were concerned about the quality, so checked the curtains which were zipped together in the package, one of the zipped up sections has a fault on the zip such that the curtain cannot be unzipped.
Further more, when we placed our order early April this year we order a spare Canopy this still has not arrived.
We have emailed several times now ,we have had a response from Mandy saying it has been passed to there technical team, and a further response saying she will chase then up.
So we have anew Gazebo already showing signs of corrosion, a canopy with a hole in it, and curtains we cannot fit, and a spare canopy paid for, but cannot get a delivery date.
I will amend this review when I get a positive response.
Have just Had a positive response from Mandy, replacement canopy and curtains on the way.
Have amended review to three stars, will amend again when goods are received.

I wish I had read the reviews now ! I can see that only 49% of this firms customers are happy (I suspect some of them aren’t customers), not a great number !
Having spoken to them this afternoon, they basically don’t believe a word you say about the product. Before they reply to this (if they do) i bought a 3x4m Provence which states ‘unrivalled strength’ (it is not strong at all) ‘unrivaled heavy duty frame’ (nothing heavy duty at all about this frame) ‘heavy gauge square sections’ (they are square, but that’s where it stops) ‘durable and heavy duty 280grm PVC lined material for the best weather protection on the market’ ( the material is about as light weight as it gets. ‘Will last for years (highly unlikely).
So the frame is made out of very thin lightweight material and will simply buckle under any real adverse weather conditions. You cant put it up and take it down in 5 mins which is what you need to do with the British weather. Unfortunately the one I have received has manufacturing faults, holes drilled the wrong direction through square sections of frame, bolt lugs missing so the bolts cant be attached to the frame and a customer service experience that makes you think you got through to North Korea by accident! They simply do not believe a word your saying and are then , in effect calling you a liar. They expect you to send pictures of the faults! I can send them a picture of a metal bar with a hole in it and apparently they will be able to confirm this hole is the wrong way through the bar ! This Gazebo was £600. You can buy something better and stronger than this from B&Q and it will set you back no more than £100 (I would think).

I have never had such bad service in my life. This company is a disgrace, no wonder this country is going down the pan fast....
My next step is Trading Standards then I am going to return this item myself to their premises.

Extremely pleased with the quality of this gazebo. It was easy to assemble. The powder coated metalwork looks durable & by screwing it into the decking it is extremely stable even in 40mph gusts. The fabric is thicker than average too. The canopy had two small faults but this was resolved by customer services quickly & efficiently.

First class service from start to finish 1 hour to build including canopy and sides easiest instructions I have ever had with a product.
Highly recommend "My New Gazebo" a pleasure to do business with first class product every detail is to perfection 5***********

Brought a Florence 3x3M 2years ago lovely gazebo cost over £400.00 went to order a new canopy and was told we don’t stock this item anymore 😡😡could not believe what they was telling me. Even last year when I tried to order a new canopy and my gazebo was only a. Year old they said that they are waiting for stock to come in. So one Gazebo that cost over £400.00 and lasted for two summers and can’t get replacement canopies is a Joke. I will never use this company again!!!!
And advise anyone else to make sure they do replacement canopies before buying a new gazebo from them.
I have now gone to a different company and brought a hard top gazebo so I won’t get my fingers burned again!!!!!

This Gazebo’s I bought cost me £300.00 spent the extra as thought it would last. Nightmare to get up then the cover has the smallest Velcro straps so it’s very hard to stretch round the poles so when you get a little breeze and the Velcro pulls no reinforcements so it tears and I mean breeze. The corners are to tight so that damages the material. Little holes appeared in the roof. I emailed company to see what they could do for me but told it’s discontinued and no more covers. So only guaranteed for 1 year. Bare in mind with our summers it’s up for about 6 weeks wouldn’t say value for money at all. So I removed the frame and built and arch way most expensive arch ever so don’t bother with them

The Bexley 3 x 3 Gazebo is the BEST I have ever purchased! While tricky to erect, I managed it on my own. The method was to build the square top frame upside down on the lawn; insert the legs;make sure everything was tight and esp the strange right angled bolts!! (chinese??); then with help of my wife - push it all up to final place - on patio,right against the outside wall/patio door of our bungalow. The cover was put on using a ladder; each corner was then held down firmly using bungee cords with strong end hooks. We used this Gazebo through three summers and it was much admired by our visitors.
Just ordered a new canopy as the original was "lost in a storm"!

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service of this company or rather lack of
I ordered a gazebo, it arrived today, started building it and realised that although it is 2.5 x 2.5, the internal leg width is just 2x2 so not big enough, we hadn’t unpacked everything but on trying to arrange an exchange, not a return and exchange for a larger more expensive model were told very rudely we would still have to pay £60 return plus loose 50% of the cost, no leeway or discussion manager put the phone down, expensive lesson but going elsewhere for another one, won’t recommend this company to my worst enemy, stay well clear if I were you
