Exceptional Customer Care
Bought Gazebo last September and are absolutely delighted with it.
It survived snow, wind and rain until recent
70+ miles an hour winds damaged a part.
Customer Care were extremely helpful and are replacing the damaged part.

I'm so pleased with my purchase
I'm so pleased with my purchase, the frame is so solid. Love the dark cream colour. I bought my gazebo late last year, now I've pre ordered my replacement canopy for the summer. Cant fault the customer service or the product.

Grey Provence 3m x 3m Gazebo
Bought grey Provence 3m x 3m March 2020, best gazebo we have ever purchased, frame is solid, has with stood several storms and gale force winds, looking to buy a new waterproof canopy and it is fully waterproof as we sat under many rainy days and nights, canopy has faded (when we did get the sun) our OCD wants it looking like new for this year! We had little tears at the seams where it meets the frame but that was expected considering the Scottish weather!! Service was excellent I honestly cannot fault this company.

Fantastic item
Fantastic item, My gazebo was used all throughout the lockdown, especially with all the good weather. It has also come in handy when people have been coming to see me and keeping to a safe distance in the garden. Great quality and the after sales is great. Very understanding and willing to help with all your queries. I would absolutely recommend this company and would use again.

Awful product and company not…
Awful product and company not interested in after sales. Had gazebo Up in the summer for less than 2 months. Colour green rather than grey, had tiny holes where you could see the light. It has a flap (not sure why) that then causes the fabric to tear at the seams. Company not interested just said shouldn’t be up in heavy rain. It was summer with standard summer rain. They Just said buy another canopy for £100. Basically Gazebo not fit for purpose. Might as well bought a cheap pop up one, it would last longer. Not the easiest to keep taking canopy on and off as they suggest. This would cause even more tearing if you kept doing it. Suggest they sort the flap issue out and listen to the same reviews.

Please don’t waste your money
Please don’t waste your money. The frame is not a bad quality but the roof covering is awful. We brought a 3m x 3m in May and the cover is already ruined. We did as instructed and have taken care of it as per the instructions supplied but the material is rubbish. It became sun bleached very quickly and rotted, so now the cover is split and unusable. Didn’t even last 6 months. Very poor quality.

Damaged parts delayed delivery I had to…
Damaged parts delayed delivery I had to get it fixed wish I had read reviews first we paid for this in May eventually got sorted in July cause I got the damage repaired and I haven’t even been compensated Save your money purchase from a reputable company I am still waiting response regarding warranty the pegs they supply are useless they are for awnings the welding is atrocious so no wonder they fall to bits nothing to do with the wind just another company taking advantage I’d happily let them collect it but they would have to dismantle it and pay me for the repair costs they did tell me that they recycle there damages repair them and send to next customer but there is only so much welding a product will endure so no wonder they fall to bits

Well I think your reply 10 hours ago from my post just under a year ago says it all I wouldn’t have bothered it’s laughable and you told me you recycle I am not in the habit of making things up so your standard reply makes you appear exactly what I said appalling

Worst Supplier EVER - Fact
Have never worked with such a bad supplier. Purchased a Provence 3m x 4m Gazebo last May. Firstly delivered with faulty frame and had to wait to have new part delivered. And since then it has basically fallen apart! Every corner of the canopy has ripped off, the middle of the canopy has completely split, 6 velcro tabs have ripped off, 2 zips have broken. I have sent several emails, but just keep being told to replace the canopy at £95!! An absolute joke! Their customer service is the worst ever, and their information on their website is a joke! Was also told it was weather damage, and should have removed the canopy! I mean, seriously! Some of the damage was done with a slight wind! This product is not fit for purpose!! I would strongly recommend that NOBODY purchase from them, as a complete waste of money.

Save your money
Save your money! In a slight breeze the roof started to tear where the velcro attaches the roof to the frame. Contacted the company to complain and told that the roof should have been removed! If it had been damaged in high winds I could understand but not a gentle summers breeze. Needless to say they weren't interested in trying to reach an amicable agreement, so a big zero for customer service. Also the frame had started to rust, which on a product which is used outside is simply not fit for purpose. Complete waste of money avoid at all costs.

Don't waste your money!
Don't waste your money!. I bought the Paris 3x3 two years ago. Within a few months of having the gazebo the roof ripped. I called the company and they told me that it should be taken down in high winds! It wasn't particularly windy so I thought it would be ok to remain up. Last year I ended up buying a replacement cover. Putting it back up yesterday I could see that where the stingy bits of velcro are that it was starting to 'pull' and little holes were appearing. That was yesterday. Today it's slightly windy, nothing major and one whole side has ripped again! Seriously. These are not good quality. £80 wasted. The velcro that attaches the roof to the frame is far too small and barely fits around the metal frame. No wonder it's under such strain. The frame it'self is fine but it's not much use if you can't put a roof on there and expect it to last more then a few months.
Bad Experience
I bought a Bextley Gazebo last year as soon as i put up in 2 months fell apart roof caved in.
Contacted My New Gazebo nothing was done ended up throwing away. Complete waste of money stay away.

Florence 3m x 4m
Florence 3m x 4m. I write this review with mixed feelings. Delivered promptly, well packaged. The frame assembled like a dream: all fitted together perfectly (by myself). Beautiful design. Howver, first snag came when putting the roof on. The roof fabric is waterproof (hurrah!) but completely non-stretchy. Had to remove Parts G to get the cover over the bits which support the canopy over the centre. OK, then found I had to remove one Part G to fit the top cover, which would not stretch enough to go over the ends. Then found that the four curtains are all different. They all have a long side and a short side, to match the gazebo dimensions. Would have been good if the instructions mentioned that.
Howver, the completed gazebo is absolutely magnificent. deserves 5 stars despite the hiccups. Love it, despite the pain of putting it up. One point: removing the cover when weather forecast is bad is a non-starter.

DISSAPPOINTED Customer. Looking for a Replacement Paris Canopie 3m x 3m. Because the original fell apart.
I bought a 3m x 3m Paris Gazebo from you 2 years ago. After 3 months the seams started to come apart. Then we noticed small holes appearing everywhere. It just started to come apart. It was obviously ripe.
It must have been stored somewhere for a long time.We even bought a tent repair kit.
But it it wasn't any help. Have tried to contact you several times. But have had no reply from you. So very disappointed with your service. I am now trying to get some replacement canopie nd curtains for my Paris Waterproof Gazebo. Please don't ignore this request. From a very dissatisfied Customer..

total piece of rubbish
managed to assemble the gazebo quite easily. Looked great and on the whole was very happy. It had been up only 2 months when the roof caved in after a night of heavyish rain fall. This is of course last year when we had very little rain throughout the summer months. I called them and sent them pictures, which was a complete waste of time. From the pictures you could see rusting on the frame, which shouldn't have happened after 2 months of mainly dry weather and if the frame had actually been treated to prevent rusting. This clearly was not the case and no doubt caused the main bracket to the roof to snap and other pieces to bend and rust. Asked if they could replace just the bracket I needed the most (there were other parts) but was told they don't have any and that was that! total waste of money and a company with no interest in helping me. Never buy this gazebo if you want to use it for any longer than a few weeks!!! I've never written a review before, but this situation has made me so mad that it was only right that everyone who is considering buying from this company should think again!

I purchased the 4x3 grey Provence…
I purchased the 4x3 grey Provence gazebo, great customer service from start to finish. The instructions were easy to follow and the finished product looks fantastic! This is a large gazebo which requires anchoring to the ground, common sense tells me that even with the strong construction there is still some flex in the frame so leaving the canopy on in high winds is asking for trouble. The canopy itself can be easily removed and reattached in minutes so following this simple rule I expect it to last for years. I suspect those posting bad reviews failed to follow the instructions properly.
