I have had my Bexley for 4 years now…
I have had my Bexley for 4 years now and as instructed secured it with 4in screws to the decking and must say considering the storm that has just hit us, the frame survived in tact very well.
However 3 of the corner end poles did snap (my fault as I did leave the canopy on, despite the instructions say not to in rough weather)
I contacted them, to see if I could purchase replacement parts, the young lady who helped me, went out of her way and was excellent, (even sending be photographs)
Service was first class
Thank you

Terrible product and customer service
Ordered a Gazebo and the stitching on the canopy has come away allowing the canopy to not be secure to the frame. Sent evidence pictures and asked for a reduced rate to purchase a new canopy to get a rude response from the 'Customer Care Team' asked to escalate the matter as I was disgusted with the response to get told that my issue has already been discussed with the manager. I Have now asked for the complaints procedure to escalate this further. Save your time and effort if thinking in ordering from this company its a complete waste of money and the staff aren't much to go by either.

Poor quality products and terrible customer service
Poor quality products and terrible customer service. I purchased a gazebo and the canopy stitching came away, they sent me another with same fault and now they won’t do anything to help other than offering to sell me another.

My rubish gazebo dot com.
I purchased a gazebo from mynewgazebo.com. On receiving the item, costing £299.99, I noticed it was poorly made with several steelwork welds already cracked. After 2 to 3 weeks the roof was filling up with water and rust started to appear on the steelwork. I tried to contact them but they just keep blanking me and cutting my phone calls off.
I took my case to Paypal where they told me to return the item (costing me £60). The company ignored Paypal, however PP refunded me the £299-99. Im out of pocket by £60 but we live and learn.
Beware cheap Chinese imports. and always pay on a credit card or PP as they will fight your corner against rouge traders.
This is a follow up review to my…
This is a follow up review to my earlier post regarding this company. True to form they responded after seeing my initial review, and having seen the words ‘trading standards’, offering possible replacement parts, clearly not understanding the concept of ‘collapsed’. After having sen my pictures of the collapsed gazebo, they gave me the same old baloney about anchoring it down (which we did, but I had removed the pegs before the photos as they were ranging dangerously) and a flat surface (which we did), and basically have no shame in shrugging off strings of complaints. They are a devious and cunning company who take advantage of adhering like superglue to their t’s and c’s without once asking themselves the question, ‘why ARE we getting so many complaints and bad reviews?’
You should avoid this company like the plague. I myself am now considering going to trading standards as these products are not fit for purpose. They are charlatans. Buy at your own risk, you cant say you haven’t been warned.
Absolutely disgusting customer service…
Absolutely disgusting customer service to the point they ignore your complaints!!!
Within two months my" HEAVY DUTY" grey canopy has completely faded to an almost cream color and curtains have a pinky staining to them from the sunlight which reading other reviews today seems to be a running complaint, when i first complained i was asked to send pictures of proof which i did and now i am being completly ignored.
Bexley Gazebo. Don’t buy
I absolutely would not recommend these gazebos. I bought two. A 4x3m and 3x3 metre. First thing. I have never seen so many screws and bolts to put a gazebo together. The poles are also very thin metal with very weak solder joints and easily break with the slightest bit of wind. It recommends in the instructions to take it down with strong winds which I have never heard of. Take the roof off yes but not the structure. Also it can’t be left out all year round. It will easily rust. I have lots of rust spots already after 2 months. The roof of the 3x4 collapse when we had some rain which built up in puddles on the roof in areas and doesn’t run off. Have had to keep pushing the water off myself. There are better quality gazebo out there and I would definitely recommend paying a bit more. Don’t get me wrong. They look great when they are up but that’s where the enjoyment stops and you start experience problems
Very disappointed
Very disappointed. Bought the Paris 3m x 3m Paris in grey at a cost of &299 just last summer. The canopy faded in the sunlight and turned pinky grey. Put the cover back on this summer and unfortunately was ripped off by wind. Went online to order another at a cost of £79 but is out of stock. Emailed the company and the only reply I received was they are not currently on order. I have now phoned them and was told that a container is on its way but can’t guarantee that the canopy I require will be among the the stock!! The frame is also rusty around the welds. This leaves us with a £299 gazebo that is no longer fit for use. Gutted! Our severely disabled daughter who among other things has an eye condition coloboma so bright sunlight can be a problem and creating shade in our garden is paramount. Have been advised to try again in a month which weather wise leads us into autumn. Wish I had read some reviews before purchasing. I have been left with the feeling that I won’t get a replacement canopy or a refund. I understand that not being around to take the canopy down during a windy spell is not down to the company but if you can’t buy a replacement is such circumstances then what the point in buying one. Very disappointed.
Not fit for purpose
Last week we pulled our gazebo down what a disappointment it’s been. I feel it would have fallen down had we not taken it down. Quite a lot of the welding joints had come undone. The frame is going rusty. All fabric has faded and we haven’t had very many sunny days. Needless to say if there is no contact or reply from my be gazebo I feel that I should go to the trading standards office as after approx 5 months it is not fit for purpose. While I don’t have the order number it was purchased week commencing 24/3. We have already had one problem which you rectified but honestly this one is more structural. After looking through my emails we purchased between 25/3 and 27/3/19. We had trouble with the canopy at the end of May. I would appreciate a reply from you no later than 12.00 pm on 13/8 as I will then decide what to do next

Don’t believe what you see folks
Beware of canopy and curtain fabric colours as the website photographs and the actual thing are not the same, actually far from it. They make no apology and offer nothing that’s even if you’re lucky enough to get a response from them following you’re complaint.

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. Took since June to get a reply after constant chasing. Canopy tearing at the seams where the poles go in to. Canopy is always taken down in high winds etc but it's now ruined. No replacement offered just a generic reply about the high quality of the frame. It's not the frame i'm complaining about. Disgusted at the level of customer service for a £300 purchase!!
Further update.
Yet again you clearly cant read my email or complaint. I HAVE TAKEN CARE Its the poor quality that hasn't withstood as long as it should. I don't leave it up in high winds and take very good care of it. Wont be buying from you again for the customer service aspect alone.

I had a few problems with a gazebo
I had a few problems with a gazebo, that had been damaged in Transit ,and various items were damaged and missing.
The team at the depot could not have more helpful, and resolved my issues immediately.
I can not say enough
I would certainly buy again from this company
And would whole heartedly recommend them without any hesitation.

Don’t waste your time or money THEY ARE CRAP
Don’t waste your time or money THEY ARE CRAP
We bought our gazebo 3 months ago turned up on time and built easily that’s all the good I can say
After 2 months I had two tears appear where the Velcro attaches so I contacted them didn’t get a reply for a week and the response was this is due to adverse weather conditions(what a joke) so replied with what weather conditions which a week later had response of heavy rain and that wind had been recorded of 55 mph in surrey so I checked my weather which actually read at 13mph and yes we had rain this company states heavy duty gazebo and that it will withstand 25mph winds which is why we bought it, wish I hadn’t of bothered they use excuses don’t take any responsibility for faulty goods and to this day have had no response on wanting a new canopy

What waste of money!
After our good old faithful gazebo that we'd had up all through the summer for 12 years became mouldy but still fully functional we decided to get a new one, after spending months trauling the internet, reading all the info thoroughly trying to choose one that would be as hard wearing as our old one, the paris 3x3 seemed to tick all the boxes, it arrived, we put it up in the same place that our old one had been, it looked splendid! Although not as many and shorter velcro straps than our last one, 2 weeks later we noticed a small tear in the canopy where a Velcro strap was attached, it got bigger, we went on holiday and came home to a gazebo canopy which was in shreds. What a waste of money!!
Gazebo arrived different colour than…
Gazebo arrived different colour than shown on website, when spoke to Mandy at customer services after haveing sent pictures of gazebo erected I explained to her that the website showed two tone dark cream colour she explained that the picture on their website only showed the 3m x 3m Florence picture and that the 3m x4m Florence was in fact was a different colour and the 2019 model I explained that they should show the correct pictures on their website also one of the roof clips holding the canopy down is broken/missing the curtains supplied require 48 curtain rings x 2 our canopy is missing 4 hooks I am expecting the manager to ring me as per mandys suggestion I hope this take place but I am very disappointed in the way my complaint has been dealt with so far. On behalf of my father in law Steve Chambers
Issue resolved in the end
My honest experience. Stay away if you don’t like a gamble
(province 3x4 graphite grey)
Although I’m happy with the overall size and style, I’m not happy with the workmanship.
3 of the holes that connect the main A frame to the C bars on the gazebo don’t line up which is not ideal. Saying that I can live with the issue.
The main issue I have is the actual canopy has a hole in which is very poor now this hasn’t been Mis handled in anyway it’s just terrible.
After I found the issue I tried to contact my new gazebo, and due to the high demand they couldn’t offer me a replacement
So they offered me a partial refund to repair the canopy
Issue is now resolved
Beware of false promises and faulty products....
Bought 2 gazebos from this company.
1st lasted around 2 years before the canopy failed.
As it was a the right size for us we bought another as we were told the replacement was an improved design to prevent the same damage happening.
This lasted less than 1 year then the canopy failed again. When queried whether it should last longer than this (via phone) was told they are not designed to be left outside! (It was stored inside over winter).
The frame is not bad to be fair but been trying to buy a replacement canopy from them since April and was told early to mid May for delivery - still no stock - I suspect they just want you to buy a complete new gazebo.
Good luck if you do buy from these people but I’ll never go near them again as no customer back-up at all in my experience.

Disappointing first time experience with company
First time ordering from this company. I ordered a gazebo on the 31st May 2019 and money was taken for payment at that time. There was no mention that the item was on back stock or going to be delayed and in line with their delivery policy I was expecting my gazebo to be with me today.
However, when I emailed to find out when it was going to arrive, i was informed it would be the 11th June - some 12 days after ordering and paying for it.
The company has left me in a real mess as needed the gazebo for a party this weekend and will now have to source an alternative.
Exceptionally disappointed as a first time customer and unfortunately cannot recommend them or use them again.
