Bought a gazebo last year, it came two months later than agreed, when you call them they constantly lie, tried to order a new part recently, they strung me along for six weeks then told me that they couldn’t get it as design had changed. I urge you not to use this company they are useless.

Gazebo looks really good easy to build. Bit tricky with the angle screws but apart from that looks fantastic.

Our heart dropped when we saw various plastic bags FULL of screws and a sort of guess-how-to-put it together in 6 faded, acronym instructional pictures...a spanner which provided hours of fun as didn’t fit in the frame...screws which were only just big enough and absolutely NO instructions about the covering. Several sweaty, angry hours later and it’s up. A bit warped but looks lovely. So be aware... hard work...but looks nice....eventually.

Purchased this in June 2018 after my wife was diagnosed with a severe allergy to sunlight to protect her in the garden as she loves sitting out in the garden. Last pop up gazebo took off one night and ended up in next doors garden !. Was definitely a 2 person job to put together but quality was excellent and looks great in the garden. It stayed up till the end of October and then I took the canopy and curtains off and left the frame up all winter with lights attached which meant we still got some use in the winter. Just put the canopy and curtains back on again and ready to go for another year. Great product, reasonable price , but instructions could be better. Will probably look to replace canopy roof for next year.

A beautiful gazebo that was delivered within two days. The support is also remarkable after me finding a problem.

Strong and easy enough to assemble, houses the hot tub perfectly.
Wish I’d spent the money on this gazebo initially 😡 buy cheap, buy twice!

Great service arrived next day little disappointed that most of frame had rust stains but these wiped off but not a confident start erected in just over 2 hours diagram could have been made a little clearer but overall very happy

Awful customer service. I ordered a £400 gazebo for my garden. The roof had ripped within three months. Contacted company who claimed adverse weather. Funnily enough everything else in my garden was still standing. Very rude customer service person who laughed and said it happens all the time, they don’t refund canopies.
I’ve ordered a new one and the design has changed to allow air flow and prevent ripping. Wonder why they changed it? Avoid this company at all costs, I’d rather pay more and get better service.

Excellent product and excellent service!

The only issue I had was there was a bracket missing when I unpacked the box but, I emailed them and they sent the missing part straight away.

The product is great but, the instructions are not, luckily its relatively easy to out together

Great price and excellent value for money. Very helpful when we had problems with ordering due to card problems from card having wrong address on their records. Would recommend this company with no reservations. Very helpful and quick delivery.

Speedy delivery and dealt with a query/problem very promptly .

Easy to order and delivery was swift and on time. I had a few questions on setting the gazebo up and after set up. Mandy was on hand to answer all my questions and was a big help.
The gazebo was of good quality and looks amazing.

Great gazebo, but the final external brackets are not great to get in, threads were too small on one hole.

Delivery service was fantastic, driver & product were & are great, just the final outer assembly was tricky. Roof needs at least 3 people to co-ordinate lift on, and fasten in place.

even which two people not the easiest to put together corners don’t aline very well would not pay the original price
