My parents Gazebo is faulty as has broken already. When I contacted the company i got told that we must have had it up in the strong winds which wasn't the case. The man on the phone was extremely rude and left me quite upset. Now we are having to take this further. Very poor service

Amazing customer service
I rang for more info on a gazebo. Very informative conversation. Ordered a gazebo. Delivery was quick. It took me a couple of weeks to arrange help and then found part of the flynet was ripped. Emailed them, quick response, sent a photo, replacement on its way... All within 3 days. Great customer service and would do business and recommend them. thank you for such great customer service in an age when folks normally have to fight for every result. Well Done.

Excellent service !
Excellent service !! Ordered the Paris gazebo on Tuesday last week and it was delivered on the Thursday as I was told. Courier brought it round the back of the house and it was up by 5pm that evening just in time for this fabulous weekend weather ...thank's again it looks stunning !!!!

Purchased the Buckingham 3m x 3m Gazebo…
Purchased the Buckingham 3m x 3m Gazebo Graphite Grey about a month ago. Easy to assemble. Only major problem after a light wind the canopy ties/Velcro taps are which can un-done due to poor adhesive/stitching. So now I have to use bulldog clips to secure the canopy to the frame.
