Had a problem with my payment and a lovely lady rang me to check everything was ok - great service all round . Received gazebo 2 days later and very happy with my purchase😊

Good value for the price, however I suggest you use much higher gauge metel for the base plate. It’s what bolts and holds the whole gazebo down. Another couple of supports in the middle of the 4mt sides would help strengthen th whole structure.

This gazebo item arrived in very good time with package undamaged but inside one of the upstand corner pieces (B) was bent and dented due to high impact, presumed to have happened prior to packing. There are some sharp edges on the spot welds to avoid, so poor quality control before packaging. The roof fits poorly so that we are pretty certain that wells will form after rain and cause stretching resulting in further pooling, but we will see. Given a choice I would choose another manufacturer. Photos of the damage and erected product are available and we will contact the Company for a part replacement.

Looked in box it was well packed I hope this is indicative of good product, I wont know that till we unpack it and assemble it when the weather improves.

Brilliant all way through from purchase to arrival even when I'd messed about and cancelled they refunded my money straight away then I re measured and ordered again I love it so strong thankyou

Website has good info but very annoying when on several occasions try to purchase and card details are declined. Works fine purchasing on other sites so know the problem is not my end. Missed sale. Don't know how after sales care is as I couldn't get that far.

Haven’t assembled yet but no problems so far.

Purchased the "Paris" gazebo to use as hot tub cover. Really pleased with purchase, easily assembled single handed in about four to five hours.
Quite a sturdy item once erected, and has withstood some pretty strong winds over last few weeks. Screwed structure to decking using wide base plates with three screws to each plate. Can verify product is fully waterproof, canopy and curtains are of better weight quality than some others on the market. My only very minor criticism,and really knit-picking, would be, maybe some extra velcro strips to hold canopy flaps in place, and some extra ties to hold curtains to poles would have been beneficial, I may even attach some myself.
Unfortunately, the canopy supplied had one velcro strip missing due to manufacturing fault which could have been easily rectified by myself. However, I contacted supplier and the customer service from "Mandy" was second to none. A new canopy was despatched immediately and received within three days.
Having owned gazebo for a month now, I would recommend the product and company to anyone.

I got my gazebo delivered yesterday, it went up quick n easy and it's super strong. I'm really happy with with, i bought it to go over my hot tub. Before making my choice I rang the helpline and I spoke to a really helpful gentleman to talked me through which gazebo is would be the best for the space I had. Cant fault it.

Gazebo arrived in a damaged box, when opened gazebo it was dented all over poles and frame twisted

We reported this to the company and their lack of assistance was shocking to say the least, make sure you read every term and condition with this company as they will stick to every one by the letter, no doubt they will have everything covered to ensure they don’t have to assist in any way

From my experience I would never advise anyone to buy from this company 😡
