The quality of the products is consistently very good, and everything I’ve tried has been both healthy and tasty. I personally use their vegan protein blend made from pea and bean protein, as I can’t take whey or milk-based products due to health reasons, and I’m really happy with it.

Order delay, impersonal support!
I ordered on 21 Feb. The delivery date was for 26 Feb - 02 Mar. The order was dispatched on 07 Mar... The customer support was generic, unhelpful and impersonal!

Well, let me answer to your replay then... That is NOT true! I believe that you are not lying though (so I won't add this to the title) - you just see a generic system status that the Customer Service Team "has resolved this case"... If you read the actual messages you'll see "generic, unhelpful and impersonal" support (at least for my case), hence there was absolutely no point for my messages besides receiving pasted generic customer support answer that is irrelevant for delayed deliveries...
