Great discount Price, but error in app
Great discount Price, but IT didnt work in app - an error appeared anytime i tried to get to pay. I ended up buying it online on website, not in app and i lost in total 15% discount, because these were linked only to the app. Still great price, but i payed about 600 czk more than i would pay if i finished it in app, which didnt work.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Myprotein.
I was charged twice (€242 total) for my orders, even though I did not clearly authorize the second charge. After noticing this, I returned most of the items over a week ago and kept only a small item worth around 750 CZK. Despite this, I still have not received any refund.
What makes this worse is that my account was suddenly suspended, which means I cannot access my orders or properly contact customer support. This makes it extremely difficult to resolve the issue.
Customer service has been slow and unhelpful, and I am still waiting for my money back. For a company of this size, this level of service is unacceptable.
I would not recommend ordering from here unless they improve how they handle payments and customer support.
