I spent 230 euros and did not even get…
I spent 230 euros and did not even get a sample as a gift. In the past spending 100 euros meant that I receive multiple protein samples or a towel or shaker. This time null, so maybe it is worth being a new customer elsewhere instead, as there are other cheaper alternatives anyway. Does loyalty really not pay off?

Trustworthy website
Trustworthy website, decent delivery speed.
The clothing they offer is durable enough for every day gym wear, also stylish.
My only problem is that they discontinued the clear vegan protein line, it came in a huge variety of fruity flavours. It was the best 🥲

The hungarian myprotein shipping is really really bad. For me there was severel times when I didn’t get what I ordered or I got different thing, so I know if I will find another good vegan protein brand I will order from them, because myprotein is good company but the shipping should be better.

The app is easy to use
I love that the app is easy to use, the fact that there is a size chart helps a lot!
Although lot of the products in the "popular sizes" are out of stock. That takes a little out of the experience..

Not reacting to customer complaints
Even though I entered all the details of the delivery address (it is visible on the address list in my acount), their system cuts off the building and room info, so the courier never finds me and my package goes back. This has happened at least three times. Then I have to write a complaint, since they do not have phone customer service. I reported this issue to them every time, but they do not change the system. It takes several messages and about 5 extra days to finally get my package. They should listen to customer feedback.
