They can't handle special characters…
They can't handle special characters for Hungarians. They just leave it out. Name and destination is quite unreadable because of such missing characters.
Delivery information is not so accurate for click and collect locations.
All of this leaves us with an insecure feeling - and we had to pay upfront.

The parcel box search funcion is very problematic. It cannot find my location and evennif I find my town, there is several option for the same city and it is not the same location. I can only find a couple of boxes.

The site wants to save your card…
The site wants to save your card details without asking your permission or even notyfing you. I only found out by accident trying to pay with disposable revolut and it declined the payment as myprotein wanted ro save my card details and revolut disposable is not sufficient for that. I paid as guest, I did not regisiter and have an account, so it is even more appauling.
