Product with an issue, defect
I received a product that, unfortunately, arrived with a defect. I reached out to customer service, and they responded very quickly, expressing sincere apologies and immediately arranging for a replacement item without any issues. Kate, the representative who assisted me throughout the process, was exceptionally polite, kind, and helpful. Her professionalism and attentiveness made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. This is the kind of customer service every company should strive for. I'm truly satisfied and have not been disappointed with MP.

I am very upset
I am very upset. I bought a Muscle Roller (Bordázott SMR henger) 2 years ago and it is broken now. I used it properly and I am 75 kg so there is no reason to be broken. Also, I said okay, I will be order again but I would like to share my bad experience about that product. I shared a feedback on the product page with my negative experience but the moderator of the webshop did not approve because of the overall rating. I am really upset about it… so I wont order from myprotein again because they rejected my comment on a bad quality product.
Again: my main problem is that you rejected my negative review so others won't know that "Bordázott SMR henger" is not a quality product.

Can't comment on the quality of the vitamins because I haven't taken them long enough, but I love the metal shaker, the service is excellent and I love that the vitamins are vegan.

There is much less product choice on the hungarian site and the prices also way above the ones listed on the uk site.
The quality of the products are excellent and I know about brexit, but it should be not a reason to double the price (for some products).
