Same problem no delivery but payment taken

Same as many of you I ordered a robot mower on 10th April and they took my payment on 11th April unfortunately did direct debt of £899.00

I queried the delivery date on 23rd April and was told they would aim to deliver at the latest 10th May and i would be able to track it once it left the warehouse. I queried it on 15th May and got an email like all of you about their financial problems.
It is impossible to contact by phone as there is a continuous answerphone message and no way of leaving a message.
The hearings will not conclude till 17th July so unlikely to get any news before then .

Absolutely discussed by it

Absolutely discussed by it. Sent my 400£ Worth robot back for repair as it broke within six months. Been chasing it and after 2 months of waiting been informed they went to self administration. No robot, no money. Totally unacceptable behaviour.

This company is in liquidation

I had a fault in my robot vacuum and send it to them for repair, they wanted 100 pounds to fix it although it's under extended warranty.
Now my vacuum is with them along with my 100 pounds what a criminal thing this is.

Modern robbery

Ordered lawnmower robot beginning April with indicated delivery mid-April. Upon request, received an update that the delivery is delayed due to the supplier but will take place by beginning May the latest. Past the specific day given, the seller informed about bankruptcy. Neither delivery nor reimbursement will take place.

The seller must have known in advance what was coming but still accepted my order to get my money. Having paid over 3.000 EUR, this is plain robbery.

Scam. Stay away from this company

Scam.
Paid for a robot lawnmower on the 19th April and was told the order was on hold while they waited for a delivery.
I went to cancel within the 30 days when I realised there would be no fulfilment of the order and they told me that they were going into liquidation effectively.

Gone into Liquidation

They accepted my money back in March 2022 and recently gave me a new forecast date for delivery of my robot lawnmower, only to find out days later they had gone into liquidation. Despicable.

UPDATE: PayPal gave me a full refund.

BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...

DO NOT USE OR PLACE AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY.

Like others here it would seem, I placed an order with this company, I placed my order on the 28th March 2022 and was informed that my order would be delivered on the 11th April 2022. As the delivery did not occur on this date, not long after this date passed I contacted the company and was told that due to supplier issues the date for delivery was now pushed back to 9th May 2022. Shortly after 9th May 2022 again, the delivery was not made and again I contacted the company. This time there was a short delay before the company replied at which point they stated the same thing 'supplier issues'. A few days after this I messaged again and on this occasion as it would appear like other other users here I have now been sent a long 'legal' message and a link to an Austrian judicial website.

Throughout this whole process and even now (I have just checked my log-in) the order status of my order has not changed and still states it as 'in progress'. Throughout the whole process until the last message the company suggested there were no other problems or other issues, other than that of supplier issues. I initially contacted the company and did on several occasions receive a reply, but I am now not getting any response or replies to any communications.

I have only ever contacted the company through the contact communication links on their own website either by email or telephone. One email I sent through was (similar to without space)
'office @myRobotcenter.co.uk' replied stating they had no record of my purchase even though my purchase is clearly recorded on the site and that my order was still 'in progress' and the links, numbers and contact details listed on their site are for the uk.

I have on numerous occasions tried to call the UK phone number (00800 500 500 10) with no luck, although to be honest I'm not surprised because as you can see below, the times to contact the (un)Availability customer service team as shown below, like the rest of their service is poor at best and pretty limited....

On my last time of trying to contact the above number this morning, I was informed by a recorded message, that the reason that customer services cannot answer the call today is because they are completing staff training, because as a company "they strive to update their employees to the latest techniques and product knowhow'. Although they did say that if I still wished to see their wonderful products I could still go to their website see the amazing and innovative products.

I did think that the myRobotcentre GmbH and this (similar to without space) email address
office @myRobotcentre.co.uk were two separate entities, but as you can see from the link I found below it does not appear that this is the case.

I have on numerous occasions also tried the above number : +43552355655 (you have to use 00 before the number as it is an international number). If you try the number you will hear that it goes straight through to an English speaking recorded message, which I cannot say is the same, but to me it sounds like it is exactly the same message as the one I explained above, when you call the UK free phone number above. And which again after explaining about employee training advises a you still check out the amazing products on their website....

Apologies for long winded review but I hope it helps.

Company in liquidation - nothing delivered, despite paying upfront!

Product ordered over 1 month ago as in-stock. Repeatedly told that I would receive my order, but nothing delivered.

Requested cancellation 04/05/22, only to be told that they expect my item to be shipped 10.05.22, and no refund given.

Now informed that the company has gone in to administration.

To an innocent bystander with no legal knowledge, this "looks" like a company knowingly taking and withholding monies while being aware of cashflow issues, and I wonder about the legality of the situation?

Significantly out of pocket, and incredibly frustrated. I hope for a good resolution, but am not confident.

It was a scam

It was a scam. I cancelled my order 2 weeks ago. they said it had been processed but the money never showed. Now they have "gone into administration". It looks like they took orders from people for as long as possible before running off with the money. I am out of pocket several hundred pounds. Most annoying thing is that I checked them out on here first and they looked OK. I now cannot trust trust-pilot.

I have just received an email telling me that they have just gone into liquidation. I received the email about this an hour after they collected an item from me - they knew about it when they arranged the collection. I have probably lost around £1000.

I understand that this kind of thing happens sometimes, but there is no excuse for deliberately and unnecessarily taking goods from customers when they are in this situation.

SCAM

SCAM - AVOID.
Ordered a robot vacuum through the .co.uk site which has positive trust pilot reviews. Took payment weeks ago but no delivery. They replied to my chase email today (9.5.22) stating that they had filed for bancruptcy in German courts today. Goodbye £549 quid I guess!

Fault with my robot lawnmower which…

Fault with my robot lawnmower which mean it doesn’t work, won’t help at all, also refuse to take the product back and just ignore emails. Having to take legal action now at my own cost to reclaim my £4000. The slightly lower price isn’t worth the extra costs, time, stress and hassle. Find a more worthy retailer. I am beyond disappointed and wouldn’t use again.

STAY CLEAR OF MYROBOTCENTER.EU !!!!!

If I was able to give this company 0 stars, I would.
I ordered (1,209 euros) in good faith on the 30th of November 2021, knowing that it was in back order but that the robot lawnmover would be ready for delivery on the 31.01.2022.
Then it was pushed out to Feb, then March, then April and now there is no date.

I have requested my refund on the 20th of April and they said it would be refunded in a 'couple of days'. I am still waiting. They will not reply to my ticket now at all.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I am part of an online forum in Ireland that has over 60,000 members. I will be making my experience known to them this week and also linking this trustpilot review thread for them to read.

I am astonished by the complete lack of professionalism that myrobotcenter.eu has displayed.

STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Takes orders for items they don't have…

Takes orders for items they don't have in stock and don't know when they can get them. Took my money after cancelling my order and I had to put a claim into paypal because they refused to respond to my emails.
This business seems to mostly work on the level of a scam operation.

Unfulfilled order- supply chain, misrepresentation

I ordered i7 plus 4 weeks ago, supply chain issues again form the basis of their failure to fulfill the order.
That said, I can in the current electronics climate accept that can be the case, but I do not accept misleading sales tactics by stating on your web site that it’s ‘in stock’ last few remaining knowing you have zero stock and major supply chain delays.
Be honest, state out of stock, it’s otherwise known as misrepresentation legally to knowingly claim you have stock and take payment for something you do not or cannot fulfill.

#948133: pre ordered in November and canceled 5 months later. got sick of all the promises of the delivery dates and lack of communication. When I asked for my money back paid 1200 euros and I was minus 70 euros when I finally got the refund. (exchange rates)
Stay clear of this scam as they don’t have the items nor do they intend to deliver they just like to keep your money in there bank

Our customer service has informed you about the delay in delivery on the part of the manufacturer. We understand your annoyance about the delayed availability of the goods - nevertheless, we had to inform other customers besides you who had ordered the same product about the delivery situation.

A PayPal conflict was created on your part (March 21, 2022) and our accounting made the refund on the same day.

I can't fault the service from…

I can't fault the service from myRobotCenter. Ordered a Roborock S5 Max from their website 10 days ago and product arrived yesterday morning well packaged in great condition.

5 year extended warranty is a nice touch as well and they include a free UK plug lead since these products are shipped from Austria and come with a 2 pin plug.

Initially after reading the reviews I did email the support team at myRobotCenter to confirm they had stock of the item i ordered. They responded within an hour saying they did and gave me an estimation as to when the order would be despatched. All of which was spot on.

If you are worried about ordering an item due to reading the other reviews give support a shout they are very helpful.
