False Stock Number & Delivery Delay
As other reviews state the stock numbers they give are completely false. They actually didn't even stock the product I ordered and can’t even provide an estimated delivery date.
However they did cancel my order upon request.

I have been waiting 6 weeks for my robot mower. The stock levels are wrong (marketing error)... I work in marketing, this can be automated or amended very easily. It's a poor way to do business and is the worst purchasing experience I have ever had. My dealings are not with the UK either. Been told production is to blame and manufacturing issue. Takes atleast two days for an email reply. I have to chase them, they won't proactively come to you. Avoid at all costs.

Yes your team informed me after I chased them on 3 separate occasions and I was given a decent response after I wrote this review. Originally your stock levels remained wrong (stating over 10 in stock, when you had none) for over a month, I would not have purchased at all if I knew you didn't have any. This is not the first time you have done it, just check your other bad reviews. Then I was told that it would arrive on two previous dates (which it did not, instead I was told of further delays in an odd manner) with 3 different customer service people. No phone line to speak with and having to wait several days for responses each time. I am being told to wait till the end of November now, which I will as I can't use the robot till the spring now anyway.

Avoid purchasing from this company by all means. Forget about the overall 4/5 points in Trustpilot, it can be easily manipulated and to a very large extent, rely on past success.
They sent me a broken robot and the return took more than a month(and still no response). There is a lack of transparency for the whole return process. The CS replied in a template to everyone, which is absolutely meaningless and makes customers feel angry in fact.

If I could I would give the company zero stars. Like another review on here, I ordered a robot vacuum from myRobotCenter. Delivery was relatively quick. Unfortunately the vacuum did not work. I had to reset it daily, rename it and do a 'test run' each time I used it - so none of the promised 'machine learning'. It was taking twice as long to reset the vacuum than it was for me to vacuum myself.
I cancelled the contract and a return was agreed and on 18/8/21. It took the company until 21/9/21 to send me the return label and instructions.
I returned the vacuum as per their instructions. Now nearly 3 months since the 'cancellation' and return agreement, I still do not have a refund, despite their own website saying I should have received a refund within 14 days of cancellation. On 7/10/21 I received confirmation that the return was accepted at the UK distribution centre. Surely now I would get my £379 refund? NO.
I am STILL waiting for a refund. I am being fobbed off weekly with instructions to "be patient"!!! Their one line is to blame Brexit and problems with shipping companies. That is not my problem. According to their own policy I should have received my money back within 14 days of cancellation of contract.
Customer service and adherence to their own policies is non existent at this company.
Avoid them at all costs.

what a disappointment. Ordered, paid and then was told need to wait 1 month. OK, I can live with that.
Then 4 weeks later when I requested an update on the delivery I was asked to confirm my address and for my PASSPORT copy!!
I confirmed (again) my address and when I questioned what my passport has to do with ordering a robo-mower they replied that they cancelled my order and would refund the payment!
HUH!?!
100% there is something off with this company.

False stock values & no English language on helpline
Item listed as in stock (22 items), noticed after 24 hours that the order was still listed as pending. The free call phone number, isn't free, and defaults to German language after 1st option.
To be fair to them, they did confess to lying about stock levels fairly quickly, could have dragged on for a lot longer.
Refund processed 24 hours after request.
I'm editing as requested. The item still listed as in stock today, even though admit they have none. Customer service blames the Marketing department for the false stock levels, but really we all know that this is simply how they do business.

Item not delivered & struggled to get a refund
I purchased a robo vacuum cleaner in May. RC ad stated it was a 3-5 working day delivery. After a month I checked the progress of my vac. The courier tracking stated it had been delivered and signed for by me!
I chased RC who checked and said the courier had tried and failed to deliver (so why did they say it had been signed for?). RC said redelivery would be attempted within the next week.
Didn't happen.
After numerous months of chasing I eventually told them to cancel the order and refund me. They said they would...once they got the item back from the courier!
Eventually, again after numerous chasing, I contacted my payment company (Paypal) who upheld my complaint & refunded me.
As far as RC are concerned, I would never buy through them again. The communications were poor, the customer service was abysmal, there was never a real apology from them and the refund was obtained in spite of them, not because of them.
Don't touch with a barge pole.

Be very cautious with this company as they don't honour their five year guarantee. Had problems in the past and after months of daily emails, finally got a temporary replacement. That broke in less than a year and am trying to get the item returned to them for repair (still under their 5 year guarantee). 2 weeks of emails and they now have 'issues getting DHL to pick the item up'. They will do anything to avoid honouring their promised guarantee. Painful company to deal with and absolutely no customer service. Avoid at all cost!

This company is a joke, I have ordered my robot lawnmore on the 5th of July it was in stock when I ordered it and time went past and I emailed to see where it was , a email came back to say they where out of stock and it would be the 15th of august I said it wasn't good enough and poor communication today is the 18th and I emailed and they are missing a part to sent the order checky reply saying I'll refund ur money I want the product but I also want respect as a customer and want to be informed. Rely bad company for letting you down and terrible at communicating and you won't get a email unless you email.

Delaying return! Stuck with broken robot and loss of £400
I bought Neato D7 hoover robot from myRobotcentre and innitially all was good. I received the order quickly, but then the robot didn't work. I contacted the seller and they accepted my return, BUT now it's been 2 weeks since then and myrobotcentre is not sending me free return label in line with their return policy. They are saying that they have an issue with DHL and asking for my patience. However, they are not telling me how long this will take. For now i am stuck with loss of nearly £400 and broken robot! They are breaching their return policy which is not acceptable.
Update 19th Aug: MyRobotCentre 'arranged' the hoover to be picked up last Friday. It's one week on and it still hasn't been picked up. I should not be suffering a cost of £400 because they have an issue with delivery companies or any contracts.

Twice in late June / early in July I emailed Myrobotcenter about the supply state of a Worx m700 mover. Both times my email was answered promptly.
The second email said they expected delivery between the 7 and 10 of July, this year. (2021).
On the 7th of July I placed the order.
I received a prompt response to my order.
On the 8th of July I was informed that my item had been shipped and was given a tracking number.
Over the weekend, using the tracking number, it appeared that my item was sun bathing in the middle of Germany, somewhere?
On Monday the 12th. of July, using the tracking number I had, it stated it was out for delivery.
I did wonder who in Germany was going to receive it.
No worries.
It duly arrived on my doorstep in the UK that day.
From the order on the 7th. of July, from Austria, to the delivery to me on the 12th. of July, I think was fantastic. I never checked if they had them in stock. I assumed they were telling me the truth.
Now to set it up in the garden. That's another thrilling instalment.
I can not find any fault with "myRobotcenter".
Perhaps some of the "1 star" reviews should have emailed and asked questions of myRobotcenter. I found them honest with their answers.
I notice that anyone who asked for a refund, in the "1star review section" received it quickly.
Happy with the product, slow shipping
I bought a robot vacuum, and I'm very happy with the product and the price. Shipping was a bit slower than anticipated, but it arrived in a couple of weeks. Overall pretty happy and I would use them again.
After another three weeks of waiting
After another three weeks of waiting, I still have no replacement parts for a faulty yardforce 280i mower. The product has failed longer than worked. Do not use this company. You are throwing money away if you do.
On reading your reply, i purchased the product from your company so the issue needs to be resolved by your company. You want the profit for being the middle man then you need to supply the service in full.
Still no spare parts have arrived, 10-06-2021, so even though you say you have replied i still do not have a purchase that works. I stand by my comments that the service you provide is terrible and this product is not fit for purpose but you wont refund me!!!! You and Yardforce are both to be avoid.

Shocking customer service! On 28th April I returned a robot vacuum cleaner with a pre paid label sent by this company who had authorised the return. The goods arrived in Germany on 3rd May, signed for however the depot was in Austria. It is now 14th May and they are telling me they have not received it and will not issue a refund. I would advise anyone in the UK buying a product from them not to bother as the company cannot be trusted.

No Problems here, but I have realistic expectations.
Ordered a Roomba from the company. Knew delivery would take a little while given that they are based in Germany and delivery was to the UK. Item arrived within the timeframe specified and in full working order. I could have ordered from a UK company, but I would have paid a lot more. Very Happy.

Dont Buy from This company. If faulty or 30days trial. Item need to send back to Austria at our cost which cost £40, They will not pick it up. Please always open case with paypal and they will help , But still going cost you £40. There is no 5 year guarantee which they advistise. Item will not return back to THEM FOR REFUND DUE TO CUSTOM RETURN ADDRESS.

I was really worried after ordering my roomba i7 and reading the reviews. Apart from it arriving 3 days late hense the 4 stars. Communication was great and I finally received my hoover. No damage and works fine. I am pleased with the company and how they have handled my delivery/order. (Not had to go through/use the warranty yet so cannot comment on that) Thanks!
Terrible company steer well clear
Terrible company steer well clear. Mower I bought for over £600 was faulty. They have refused to do anything over months of arguing. Good at sales but don’t care after. Get a price from them but buy elsewhere.
Received your reply below. This saga started before December so please don’t make it out that you have tried to fix this. The item is not fit for purpose so I have sent it back to you and you should be aware of that given you sent me a returns label??? This just shows out bad your service is.

Avoid. I ordered a neato robot vacuum just after Christmas. I chased multiple times in January and was told Brexit had caused delay. When I asked them to cancel if they couldn’t deliver within next week they then got over Brexit but the new reason for more delivering was that their delivery carrier GLS had issues. 2 months later no vacuum and I cancelled order. Reordered with another company who delivered within 2 days.
