Ordered an Roborock S5 Max
Ordered an Roborock S5 Max in January. When placing the order the delivery time was between 3 to 5 working days. It has now have been waiting 3 weeks. After chasing this up I was promised that it would arrive no later than the 18th Feb. I'm still waiting with no delivery estimate in sight. And reading upon other complaints I have seen that the company apologises and then ask customers to return to buy something else. What a joke. No pride in their service and no customer service.
Update. After finally receiving the product, it is Amazing. I keep thinking why I didn't order a robot vacuum earlier. The mapping of each floor, zone and mopping service is amazing. I vacuum only once a fortnight to get to the difficult spaces. Not receiving 5 stars due to the delay in delivery and lack of customer service.

Update on my earlier review for Roborock S7+: they promised to ship the item on by 1st Feb after their “delayed from supplier” excuse and now I get another excuse of end of the week delivery and yet again it’s supplier delay.
I could have got the item from Amazon USA by now and they are not even ready to acknowledge that they are wasting my time.

Poor supply chain damages reputation
Similar experience to other buyers: ordered S7 Roborock last year which didnt arrive.
After long wait and various emails, S7 arrived latter half of January. MyRobotCenter should understand, customers do not care about their supply issues and they shouldn't promote not-in-stock goods from dodgy supply chains. S7 seems a great product however better than iRobots.
Not reliable
I ordered a garden robot in September 2021. Today end of January 2022 I have still not received my goods after of course paying it in full 5 months ago.
To the numerous tickets which I wrote, I always received a polite excuse and further postponement of the delivery date. All the further promised delivery dates were however not kept and I am still waiting! No proactive communication or anything from their side! Also their website was misleading promising delivery within 3 days! The same robot is available in major chains all over the country, so never do the mistake to purchase from them!
I would never again buy from this retailer!

Promised delivery dates over and over, product never arrived.
Ordered a robot vacuum. Was promised delivery within a couple of weeks.
Didn't arrive was promised delivery dates over and over again. All of which were missed. Overall waited more than 12 weeks before canceling my order.
It's disappointing that myrobotcenter lie and say "they can't find my order".
I guess they will now just pay for a few more positive reviews to outweigh the bad.
A more positive action would be to stop saying they have stock or deliveries planned which they know are not reliable.

Item paid for but not received
Ordered (and paid for) a robot vacuum cleaner over a month ago and I haven’t received it, nor had any indication of when it will be delivered. The website showed the item as “in stock” and delivered within “3-5 working days”.

False advertising and Fraudulent information
Ordered s5max apparently 30ish in stock so ordered next day delivery, now been told will be next week and supplier had issues??
So don't believe the website and stock levels, also only reason I even know where the item is or isn't as the case may be, is due to the fact that I emailed asking where is my order?!!
As supposed to be a present or part of a present.
I don't mind waiting if told, but why advertise stock when you actually don't carry by the sounds of it any stock ! False advertising and Fraudulent information

Roborock S5 Max
I ordered a Roborock S5 Max on 7 of December. Waited 2 days for the shipment details but nothing received. I emailed them to find it out on 9 of December. They responded on the same day and informed me that their supplier has a delay. I was shocked because it was showing 43 item on stock when I ordered. After reading the all reviews here, I thought they were scam too.
On 10 of December, surprisingly I received the shipment details. Somehow they managed to ship my order. They sent with GLS, not with DHL but you can track. I checked every single day where the item has been. Stuck only 2 days at the customs and I received it on 16 of December. I am happy with the item and working great so far.
Their stock numbers are not correct and their delivery partners are not DHL as it is written on their website.
This period between the placing the order till receiving my item was a stressful but again I am happy to receive my order

Lack of communication, unknown delivery date
Ordered a Roborock s7 on 4/12/21. The website said the product was expected to be in stock from 30/11/2021. I received an acknowledgement of my order but no confirmation that it has been sent. Opened a ticket on 6/12/2021 to get an estimated delivery date but have not received any reply by 9/12/2021 even though they say they aim to reply within 24 hours.
EDIT: Got through to them on the phone on the 13th. They said supply issues mean they'll know by the 14th when they can deliver.

Terrible. Bait and switch
Terrible. Wish I had read the reviews also. I waited nearly two months for my Roborock S7 and the best they could say is here is a full refund. They have absolutely no idea when products will be restocked and are content to push the problem onto their customers. When I complained, they started ignoring my emails. If the price is too good to be true - that is because it is!

Wish I'd read reviews from others before buying from MyRobotCenter...
Similar to a bait and switch scam, it seems that they advertised to supply a mower with a garage (labelled as free, but of course built into the sale price) and then only supplied the mower.
Ordered 28/08/2021.
Mower arrived 04/09/2021. No garage.
Chased 04/09/2021. Told delivery now 13/09/2021.
Chased 30/09/2021. Told delivery now 11/10/2021.
Chased 23/11/2021. Told delivery now 'sometime in 2022'.
Absolute joke - more so when they are still advertising garages as 'in stock' on their website.

Still never received the mower garage. No refund for missing items. Scammed by the company :(

Oh my god - what a useless company in Austria which is blaming everything on Brexit and not refunding money until you open a case with your payment provider!!
Bought a robot in mid Sept - all fine - paid up, waiting for delivery - 4 days nothing.
Emailed them asking where the product is - replied around 22:00 (same day) to say its been sent and provided tracking info, parcel has been ordered but not dispatched though.
Parcel arrived product was faulty (not their fault I get this happens - sent a return label to a UK address) - posted few days later and delivered to them.
Not this is where the sh** show starts. I asked when will they send a replacement product and they said that the product needs to get to Austria first and is stuck with customs - I’ve been emailing asking for information about tracking but this was never provided - their responses were always, not received in Austria - stuck at customs - why am I penalised for their incompetence ?
You ask me to return the parcel - I returned it - its been delivered - we both have tracking proof - why you making me wait longer ?!?
I asked them - to provide the tracking as I feel its not right for me to wait until the product is returned to Austria if A, I was never told this to be the case, its been 1/2/3/4/5 weeks on!! Their responses were stuck at customs, BREXIT… never provided any tracking info of parcel coming from UK to Austria
I got fed up and asked for refund - they cannot refund because parcel is not in Austria (this was about 4 weeks into me returning it and it being delivered to their depo)
Opened a case with paypal to say the parcel was not delivered. Paypal acknowledged their case and within 10 minutes uploaded tracking info that parcel was delivered to me within 1 week in September. But PayPal has read my emails with them and has now revoked my payment from them because they cannot provide info on my parcels return.

Huge "shipping delays", terrible communication

No major issues
I have ordered Roborock S5 max, order has been shipped out 2 days later and then it took more than week to be delivered (mainly because it's stuck in customs which obviously is because of Brexit). When I've contacted Client Services to ask for estimate date of delivery I've received reply next day. Product has been delivered and no issues with it so far.
The downside is that stock is coming from Austria and if it needs to be repaired it needs to be sent back to Austria on your own cost. It would be better if there would be some return point in England where you can send it and then company can send it back.
UK presence non-existent, low prices, terrible support, slow refund
Make no mistake, their UK website and address mean nothing. The entire operation runs from Germany and Austria. While they offer remarkably low prices I found that support was non-existent for the Tesvor S6 robot vacuum I bought from them. They just did not want to give any support. I went ahead under their refund policy and they agreed to refund. The Tesvor S6 was returned but I had to wait a further 6 weeks for the refund which only came after I threatened to report them to Trading Standards.

An appalling waste of time and energy..
I cancelled my lawnmower almost as soon as I had ordered it but they sent it anyway. After receiving it I tried to send it back but they said they couldn't arrange it with the courier. I disputed it with my credit card then they arranged for DPD to pick it up. They have now refused the dispute with my credit card company despite me having the proof that their courier picked it up. It's just not worth dealing with them. They have absolutely no idea what they are doing. An appalling company with appalling service.
**EDIT - the credit card company found in our favour and has closed the case. Order reference has been given to Trustpilot. I wouldn't waste another second on this outfit.

I have been waiting since 20th September for a refund for a robot mower I sent back to them.
Despite numerous emails, they are still saying they have not received this back to them.
I would not buy from them
