I experienced a problem with a charger with adaptor, for Android and iphone.
It was frustrating at first, because the adapter part kept falling out.
I am assured that this won't happen again, because I received a new one, due to the defect, and it works perfectly.

Portraying itself as a high end luxury phone case - it's not.
Build quality is OK. The most obvious fail is the fact that the cut-outs for the speakers at the bottom don't align with the speakers on the phone.
The logo is not embossed, just painted on and looks a bit cheap. I expect will wear off too.
The material is not leather-like, they call it plant-based leather, but it just feels like plastic. Perhaps it will soften up with use. The texture is nice and grippy and that's a big plus.
The case fits well and feels like it will protect your phone.

Swiftly dispatched, with very good tracking. The water bottle was coming from China so it did take a few days but it arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition.

I haven't received my order. There has been several days past the delivery promise, no updates on the tracking link provided and customer support doesn't help.
I've tried contacting them multiple times, every time they ask for me to wait longer, but there are no updates on tracking. I am pretty sure my parcel got lost in the way and support doesn't help at all.

I had an issue with a 10 foot re-charging cord that I purchased from Native Union and they listened to my concerns and handled it as well as any company I have dealt with-very professional and timely. I would recommend their products and their company when purchasing items like this as they stand behind their product with exemplary customer service. Very refreshing as a customer. Order habe been placed for 4 câbles and amount of 169€ on 31/12/2023.
Package supposedly deposited in mailbox, not delivered by hand. A scandal for an order of this amount.
Still waiting for explanations from native Union and its carrier.

Product is okay but the problem is once they have your email they spam you everyday. Asking to unsubscribe doesn't work!
Poor experience. Don't use a delivery service or vendor who uses HK Post Office. Postman will not deliver your parcel in the concierge without your physical presence and the post has to be then collected in the Post Office during office hours within a few days. Defeated the whole purpose of buying things online especially for those who are busy during office hours. Use proper express mail vendor like SF Express or DHL. We have paid for service not like this.
This is a brand claiming to be environmentally friendly with the material they use. This was the reason why I chose to buy a phone case from them. As a start they are sending the products from Hong Kong by plane! I don’t think it is very environmentally conscious. Also it took 15 days to get the products. Customer service was trying to be helpful but it was really not helpful. I didn’t like the City Sling and tried to send it back when I found out I needed to send it back all the way to Hong Kong. I read here that they are trying to introduce a different return system but obviously it is not happening yet. I am not paying the postage to send it all the way to Hong Kong which would be another terrible thing to the environment am I? Overall my experience is horrible I am afraid although the case is nice itself.
I purchased the Travel Tech Kit for my coworkers for the holiday. All of the items are nice but I was hoping for a way to add a gift message (maybe I missed it?) and since it was a bundle I was expecting it to be packaged a little nicer than the three items bouncing around separately in a large shipping box. The shipping box for my "kit" was so large that it got damaged in transit and it just wasn't the "gift" experience I was hoping for. But again, the items are nice. The tech organizer is too small to hold my mac charge cord but it can hold most everything else I need.

had a broken zipper at my laptop sleeve. The Sleeve was replaced immediately. Very happy with this brand as it does not only make great products, but also values their customers. Will order again at Native Union, that's for sure. Thank you.
attentive customer service but as others have said - returns policy is a joke! (hong kong via France!) and will cost more than the product
I discovered (too late) slings don't work with Apple phone cases
Update - good to hear you have improved your returns policy- you should also improve te quality of your products -the sling broke afer light use

Buyer beware! Purchasing direct from Native Union means that if it does arrive (my items did after 16 days), and for any reason you decide the products aren't right for you then you bear the (significant financial) burden of returning the items to Hong Kong, via France....this is not ideal in terms of convenience or, most importantly, environmental impact.
I originally wrote this review in anticipation of the items going amiss in transit. I can confirm that the items did manage to wing their way back to where they needed to be so that I could receive my money back. As such I have amended my original 1 star review written in horror at the idea of having to return items across continents. I have now given three stars to reflect the arduity of the return process with this company overall as well as the variable quality in their products. Key to this is, for example, that I had to complete the returns questions three separate times for three separate operators! So, I maintain the hope that this review can serve as an authentic timeline for any unsuspecting shoppers, unaware of the significant commitment bestowed upon them by purchasing products from Native Union - which are just not really worth the hassle!

Elline helped me get a replacement. Sad there is not lifetime warranty, after the old cables break, but 3 years is still really good. The return process is so difficult, back and forth email. I would have preferred them saying "send cut cord pic" and be done. Thanks for your help Elline!
