Worth the wait! We'd looked for a long time for a bed, and despite the long lead time for Natural Bed Company, we were so pleased we ordered from them.

The quality is really outstanding - way above anything else you'd find on the high street.

It is a little fiddly to assemble, but the final product is absolutely beautiful, and so comfortable!

Wonderful product, excellent craftmanship.

I ordered two beds online, the Camden in Oak and the Sahara in Walnut. The products are stunning. Well-engineered, solid and sturdy. They were easy to assemble, too (though I wonder if something can be done to improve the available turning circle for the spanner, when tightening the bolts inside the grove in the side rails — a minor thing).

As for delivery, that was flawless. As with all home furniture makers, there's a long lead time right now, as the industry catches up with the backlogs of orders from the Covid lockdowns. This should improve with time, and my delivery turned up exactly in the week I expected it, which shows that the Natural Bed Company have good control over their fulfilment process.

I was kept informed of delivery via automated email messages, but otherwise I never needed to interact with customer service — so I can't vouch for that side of things.

I expect these beds to last a generation or more, so I have no doubt the little extra upfront cost will save me in the long term. I probably won't need to buy more beds for a while, but I do intend to continue to shop with Natural Bed Company for homewares, bedding, etc.

It was a pleasure ordering from the Natural Bed Company. My partner and I bought a mattress, a bed frame and two side tables in walnut. The staff was super polite and patient. They explained everything we asked, were quick communicating, provided me with samples and great customer service overall. I also love the products. The prices are obviously on the higher side but considering the product quality and the friendly customer service, they're absolutely worth it.

Ordered a double bed, took a little time to arrive but I was fully informed of the lead time, delivery arrangements and kept up to date on the order progress. Bed is fantastic, quality of the bed is very high, packaging to keep safe in transit was superb and build instructions were clear. worth every penny. I'll be back for more in the future.

Absolutely beautiful bed! We purchased the Carnaby bed frame and it’s so sturdy beautiful and doesn’t make a squeak! I’ve never had a wooden bed frame before so was unsure what it would be like but absolutely exceeded my expectations! The customer service is top notch as well!

We bought the Malabar super king bed. We had to wait for several months but were kept well informed throughout. Delivery was on time with good communication.
The bed is really beautiful. Superb craftsmanship and excellent finish. Really simple to put together with very firm joints which don't move at all.

Ordered a bed, the estimated delivery time was a bit long (which is understandable for craft made furniture) but very much accurate. Delivered up the stairs and into my flat, and was fairly easy to assemble.
I've had it for a bit less than 2 months now; Quality wise it's top notch, cherry wood in this case. Customer service was also fairly quick to respond to inquiries.

A return customer, most recently buying two king-size beds to replace two doubles. The service was excellent, as it was when we bought our first beds 10+ years ago. A minor problem with parts for one of the beds was sorted within 24 hours.

It took a few weeks longer than originally stated for it to be made and delivered (4 months in total) but it was totally worth it. I love the oak bed, great quality and looks stunning. I can fit my plastic storage containers under it so I can maximise space. Very happy with the product.

I needed a bespoke size as I didn't have enough space. The staff were friendly and helpful and this was arranged without any problem. The beside tables are well made and fit perfectly. I have previously been sent wood samples and enquired about beds / mattresses (which I didn't order in the end), but the staff answered all my queries comprehensively and there was never any pressure to buy. The bedside tables were delivered without any problems. The only drawback was the long lead-time, but I was informed about how long it would take and the service received and product are excellent.
*Additional comment further to the company's reply - yes it was worth the wait and I am really pleased with the tables. Both the website and the staff (when making the order) communicated the expected lead-time, so I placed the order knowing how long it would take. The service was truly excellent throughout.

Perfect company, perfect product.

Bought a Camden bed in Cherry with a Beech stripe to match our fitted wardrobes. Happy to support craftsmen hand making solid furniture that should last generations. All delivered and assembled seamlessly by delivery company. Nice to see the cherry aging into the reddish colour.
Would be interested in seeing more on the website about the specific areas the wood is sourced as I am always keen to minimise environmental impact.

We are so happy with our purchase, the bed is absolutely beautiful. Very well made. Cannot recommend it enough. Delivery and assembly was easy to organise and they even put our very heavy mattress on for us.

I ordered the Malabar bed in oak. When I phoned NBC to ask advice about styles, they were very helpful and knowledgeable. I went for this style because of the small footprint of the bed which gives more space in my bedroom.
When my bed was delivered (top rate delivery too) it was packaged really, really well. Straightforward to put together with the system NBC have developed.
It was certainly worth the wait between ordering and delivery. This is a quality bed, beautiful wood and expertly made (by Nick…a nice touch having a name of the craftsman).
Definitely recommend NBC to anyone looking for a quality, great looking bed made to last.

Well worth the wait, the bed was superb quality and made with excellent craftsmanship. I would highly recommend buying real wood beds and furniture from here.

From the moment I contacted the Natural Bed Co., the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. They gave me a realistic manufacturing date, and arranged for it to be sent to me in the south of France. Despite having to go through customs, the total despatch time was an unbelievable two days.

When it arrived, the bed was quickly and easily assembled, and looks stunning.

I purchased few pieces from Naturalbed Company, including a bed. All products are very high quality and of great design. Love it! And therefore recommend it, it’s worth to wait for couple of months ( just for the bed).
