We love our new bed. It's beautifully made in ash, the finish is superb and it was a nice touch to know it was made by Charles. He did a good job!
The ordering and delivery process was all straightforward, the bed was well wrapped and the construction easy.

We ordered a king size Tibet bed frame in oak from the Natural Bed Company over the phone. A very efficient lady took our deposit payment and advised us of the expected construction time.

We were advised a week before of the delivery details, and the delivery company also contacted us to finalise everything.

When it arrived, it had been meticulously wrapped to protect it. I found it simple to assemble with the spanner supplied. The frame is well made, the wood of excellent quality, and it is smooth with no imperfections.

The frame looks just like the images in the website gallery. We are very pleased with our purchase and would recommend NBC to anyone seeking a natural wood bed frame!

Great quality. Love the bed!

I was looking for a quality wooden bed and was thrilled when I found the Natural Bed Company website. I visited their store in Sheffield to get a much better understanding of what styles were available. I'm very pleased to say I made my choice and 12 weeks later I'm now sleeping in my beautiful oak bed. My husband is a carpenter and can vouch for the quality and craftsmanship of this bed. I had trouble sleeping before, waking up feeling achy and bruised. Thankfully that has all stopped thanks to my awesome bed. This is truly an investment and worth every penny!

We bought a Hoxton bed in walnut. Expensive but fantastic quality. It will last us for the rest of our lives. The bed is beautifully crafted, smooth to the touch and the wood is just lovely. It arrived exactly when expected and was easy for two of us to put together. The only negative was the four month wait, but to be fair the website was very clear about the timescales and we planned around it so it wasn't a problem.

The Camden
We recently bought the Camden. Art is a really beautiful item. While it did take a while to be manufactured and delivered, when it did arrive, the instructions we clear and the item was quickly and easily assembled. Really pleased with our purchase

We bought the Hoxton, superking in cherry wood. It was great buy and while expensive certainly feels worth both the money and the wait. Instructions for assembly were clear and the quality of the finish is really lovely. A bed that will last us a long time.

I bought the Hoxton bed in walnut and matching Camden bedside tables. The quality of the items is excellent. The bed is sturdy and was quick and simple to assemble. The long lead time for the bed was made clear during the purchasing process and the items were delivered on time.
The delivery guys could not have been more helpful. My house is a “challenge” to deliver to and they completed the task with politeness and good humour.
Overall the buying experience was excellent and I’m delighted with the quality and design of the furniture.

We have just taken delivery of our king sizeTibet bed in light oak with an end board. They are rather more expensive than your normal high street model, but our bed is extremely well made, looks great and I expect that it should see us out!
The lead time from order to delivery was about 15 weeks. We had a team to assemble the bed and dispose of our old bed. This additional service is well worth the cost - just leave it to the experts!
