Very pleased with the bed frame. Excellent craftsmanship well made piece of furniture very sturdy

It's great that the company use sustainable wood, and they do look great, but the company could do with some improvements.

The wait time for the beds are substantial, and we also had a delay on top of that.

The bed also needed some minor alterations for it to fit together properly - the company informed that they don't have time to ensure the bed fits together before sending out, a bit of a let down for a £900 bedframe after 4 months.

The slats at either end of the bed are not fully supported underneath. While this isn't a major issue it is another disappointment for such an expensive product.

We absolutely love our Tibet bed from the Natural Bed Company. It is solid, well made and we love the natural colour. So great it is sustainably produced. Thank you

Bloomsbury bed with buttoned headboard (king size). Excellent product. Beautifully made - looks just as good as the photos. We sent for a couple of headboard material samples to help us decide on the colour. Easy and quick to assemble. Very well packed (took longer to unpack than assemble) and delivery was smooth and efficient. Only fault is that it's too comfortable and very difficult to get out of in the morning!

The whole customer experience of placing an order with this company has been Positive. From handling questions over the telephone or via email, to receiving wood samples to the final end product delivered. The Pimlico low handmade bedframe has a clean design. The quality of the end product is first rate. So well made with solid, and numbered, jointing mechanisms. Very pleased with the new Pimlico bedframe.

Love the bed - took a little while to figure out how to assemble it but it was easy and really well designed. I also bought two under bed drawers that are a great idea - worth the extra ££ - and on reflection I should have bought four. It did take months between ordering and delivery but everything arrived bang on schedule, and it's nice to be buying (mostly) British; worth the wait definitely and glad the NBC is busy!

(PS. I wasn't massively impressed with the delivery company with the caveat that the - oak kyoto - bed is one heck of a weight and it was going in the attic. The delivery company should have unwrapped it and taken the cardboard away - though I should have been more on the ball. If you buy have your T&C to hand - I might have just been unlucky during Lockdown.)

But on the whole delighted - stunning bed.

I could not recommend the Natural Bed Company more. Their customer service is SUPERB, perhaps the best I have dealt with! They have such lovely people working for them, they have fantastic communication and they do everything possible to make their customers happy. The actual bed is also fantastic! Just what I wanted, just as the pictures look, it could not be better. I would 100% recommend these guys. I wish more company's were like them!

We had a fantastic experience with Natural Bed Company from start to finish!
We arranged to visit to the shop back in May and had a lovely time browsing in the showroom and speaking to the staff, got a lot of help with wood samples and additional pictures. Decided on the Oregon in Maple. We knew it was going to be a wait until it gets made and delivered but it was TOTALLY WORTH the wait! The bed is stunning and so beautifully finished. The quality of the wood and the design makes it really sturdy. Was easy to assemble too. We have had it for a month now and would 100% recommend!

I ordered two Kyoto beds in June and just got fitted today. From ordering to delivery/fitting, their team were very helpful and friendly. The beds look amazing and worth the wait. Thank you Natural Beds.

The bed we ordered from the Natural Bed Company - the Zanskar - is the second bed we have ordered ( and we bought a mattress too each time. They are absolutely beautiful and both look and feel great. The first one is 10 years old and looks as good as new with just the wood ageing in the nicest way. A real investment for the home.

Our Bloomsbury bed in ash with a headboard upholstered in blue cloth is superlative both in materials and workmanship and was delivered on time. It is the second bed we have bought from the Natural Bed Company. Our first is now 25 years old and is just as good as new, still providing a good sleep as the ‘spare bed’.

A beautifully crafted and finished bed which was very simple to assemble. The oak headboard looks fantastic in our guest bedroom. We are very pleased with it and the only reason we did not give 5 stars is because we had to wait 6 months for the bed to be delivered.

A beautiful bespoke piece of furniture which makes a quiet statement and will be with for many years. Excellent build quality and appreciating having a truly Yorkshire handcrafted product. Definitely worth the wait!

Lovely bed, it was up to our expectations. Although long lead time, the bed arrived exactly at the communicated date. Great communication and people answering the phone always had the best attitude and service.

Really pleased with the Kyoto bed I bought. Thought it was good value, communication was good, arrived at the date I expected when making the order, was easy to put together, and the bed is high quality. Unfortunately, due to covid, I couldn't order the wood finish I wanted (because it would have been a longer lead time) but the final natural wood finish was actually really nice.

One thing to note on the Kyoto bed is that the frame doesn't have a lip around the mattress. This gives a really nice minimalist look but does mean the mattress needs to be straightened every couple of days as it can move a few centimetres over time - hardly a chore though!

This is the second bed purchased form the Natural Bed Company, the first about thirteen years ago. We were confident to order again as the work and wood is beautiful. All contact with the company was helpful despite delays due to Covid restrictions. Excellent bed and mattress. Would definitely recommend.
