I am an Interior Designer and happy to disclose my company profile.
I have used Natuzzi on 4 different projects in the past 18 months finding them extremely helpful at sales level. The products look beautiful and in three of my projects they arrived immaculately and remain so. The sofas I specified were the same style for each job.
In each case I selected fabrics from the Natuzzi collection of recommended coverings.
However, my final project, some 8 months ago, heralded the arrival of 2 sofas with a somewhat 'stretchy' fabric which, within 2 weeks of installation was puckering, slipping and not performing.
Natuzzi arranged for their recommended upholsterer to inspect, and he confirmed that the chosen recommended fabric was known to do that as that is how the stitching is done, regardless of the way it now looks.
However, neither I, a professional of 42 years standing, nor the client, was told that the fabric selected was not actually suitable for this design of sofa DESPITE it being offered in their supplied pattern book.
I was then asked by the client to call in an independent upholsterer of some years standing and repute. This I did. His report was in direct opposition to the Natuzzi 'expert'.
The client wrote to the Company. I wrote to the Company. We were completely ignored.
I then went to the main Brent Cross store which purports to be the area main outlet. I had a long conversation with them showed them our evidence, advised that the client will take this further, and was assured that an Regional Rep would make contact.
That didn't happen.
The client then called the Watford store, where the order originated, and the manager, Jon, paid her a visit and said 'I am impartial, I am going to speak to whomever sold it to you, speak to my Director, I am on holiday for 4 weeks and I will get in touch with you'.
My client never heard again.
Given that I, a consummate professional, selected the fabric under the guidence of Linda, in the Watford store, with the client by my side, I am appalled at this failure to accept liability for such an evident breach of contract.
I will never recommend this company again.
Sales, perfect, after sales is non-existent. It is a disgrace.

We went to the Trafford store today and was warmly great by ash who answered all our questions unlike in other retailers.We sat on the comfiest settee and armchair!

Overpriced new, now 18 months old, too uncomfy to sit on with the base cushions completely deformed from light use. Have sent an engineer to inspect and done nothing to correct. Now not responding. Switches built into the insides of the armrests are a disaster, frequently not working and then making uncommmanded adjustments everytime your arm or leg brush past. Stick to a trusted major brand next time. Oh and the Rugby store has closed recently

We have just been provided with the most outstanding customer service that is possible. We visited the Norwich Store today to finalise the purchase of a suite of furniture for our lounge. My wife and daughters originally visited the store last week when they were treated to excellent customer service and advice by William. We returned today with the aim of completing a purchase and spoke on this occasion to Matthew, the General Manager. his advice was extremely helpful, his professionalism second to none and his friendly demeanour put us at ease immediately. There was no hard selling just pure salesmanship that is hard to find these days. The store was immaculate and well laid out. All in all it was one of, if not, the best experiences that we have had in a long while. Thank you for your kindness and help in selecting our range.

What a find Natuzzi in Aylesford is ! I ordered a beautiful leather recliner sofa followed by 2 fabric chairs.
Service was exceptional - special shout out to Victor and Elaine who were knowledgeable and very helpful.
Efficient delivery to my home address by Store 2 Door who even moved my old sofa into the garage.
Overall I would not hesitate to recommend this company .

WBought a ex display sofa and chair at their Thurrock store. Only had it a month and the cushions have collapsed already causing me back ache. Have tried to resolve the issue with the store design sofas and their not recognising my consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Defiantly wouldn't recommend their sofas and customer service is appalling

Elaine from aylesford store greeted us and asked if we wanted a drink . She asked if we wanted help or just be left to browse on our own which was nice . When we had chosen she gave in depth advice regarding the different leathers available and the type of quality . She was very informative throughout our experience and very helpful . No pressured sales pitch which I hate . Fully explained the aftercare insurance and delivery . A very pleasant experience and we look forward to receiving our new sofas and chair .
