Bought a natuzzi recliner sofa march 2024. Twice it has bottomed out . I am still trying contact the company and this is proving very difficult.
Paid alot of money for my leather suite and not to be able to get in contact is a disgrace.

When we ordered our sofas 10/10 EXPERINCE with Mo the person who conducted our order but we unfortunately got given the incorrect lay out and design for the sofa and we went down to try fix it at the Leeds store we were greeted by adnan over the phone who told us to come down now this was a waste of time he was very patronising and telling us that it’s our fault we didn’t measure correctly but infact we did and they were laughing at us for being distressed although knowing my mother has depression and is distressed about the situation no help or support was offered to us what so ever
