I feel like this is a fair and honest…

I feel like this is a fair and honest review. My hubby ordered two sets of earrings which I received for Christmas. I need to stress the jewellery is beautiful but one set of the heart-gold earring clasps were both very loose and flimsy and one fell out before I left the house so I haven’t been able to wear these incase I lose them. The T bar ones are absolutely perfect.
We’ve both been in contact now for a while. Mine, on Instagram has been ignored. Today after back and forth one single earring was sent???? Both are faulty. Will gladly send the faulty pair back for them to see.
It’s such a shame as the jewellery is beautiful but by god the customer service is shocking

Great jewelry und lovely support!

I had a few problems with the delivery, but my questions were answered as quickly as possible and I was super happy with the support. And the jewelry itself is perfect. Still no discoloration or signs of wear! I love it and would order again

No response broken necklace

Ordered a necklace for Christmas came broken when both myself and my boyfriend emailed regarding this (order #67936) they stopped replying haven’t hear anything since so upset just want to send back and get refund at this point terrible customer service emailed once myself my boyfriend three times and even messaged on instagram

Excellent jewellery

Excellent jewellery! I love everything I’ve purchased from these guys. Neck on the line pieces have never tarnished or given me that dreaded green tinge to my skin, ever! The science and design combination is magical. Price point for the quality is, in my opinion, unbeatable. I highly recommend Neck On The Line

Fabulous quality jewellery ✨

I bought 3 necklaces after my daughter recommended this company. Arrived quickly and I was so happy with the quality. One particular necklace I’ve worn constantly and not taken off. So many compliments and friends have thought solid gold. I will be back for sure ✨

Poor Customer Service and Unacceptable Shipping Delays

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service from this company. Their website claims domestic shipping will take 1-3 working days, but my order didn’t arrive until over a week later. On top of that, I reached out multiple times through their contact form, emails, and even Instagram to request a return, but I never received a response. It feels like once they have your money, they completely ignore you. Very frustrating experience, and I won’t be shopping here again.

Disgraceful customer service

My order was delivered to the completely wrong address, which is a Royal Mail issue. I asked for a refund / for NOTL to resend my order and have been ignored for almost a month. Customer service is disgraceful, goes without saying I will never purchase from here again.

Further to a previous complaint

Further to a previous complaint, the owner replied and nothing has been done to resolve the problem originally stated. Their website says:
7. Customer Focus: Our customers' satisfaction and well-being are paramount. We deliver high-quality products/services, provide accurate information, and promptly address customer concerns and feedback.

Yet, I complained on the 22nd November and am yet to have a solution to the problem

Do not waste money on this website - it must be fraudulent

Really lovely jewellery

Really lovely jewellery, perfect for layering! I love the little bead detailing on the necklace chain. Hasn’t tarnished or scratched and doesn’t leave any green marking on my neck. Would 100% recommend :-)

I literally would not buy jewellery…

I literally would not buy jewellery from anywhere else but NOTL - I have had chains and bracelets for over a year that show no signs of wear and have fully kept their colour. The packaging is so beautiful and it’s a small business so I will always continue to support!!!! Thank you x

Scam brand don’t waste your money!

I love costume jewellery but this is the poorest quality I have ever come across. I had expected HeyHarper level quality but this has no weight to it, looks cheap and the personalised bracelet I bought fell apart within 2 days of wearing. No returns apparently(?!) and no response from customer services. I genuinely feel scammed!

Must admit I was sceptical but…

Must admit I was sceptical after reading some of the reviews on here, worried about how long it would take and if it would be legitimate or not (the shear amount of fast fashion and jewellery brands on social media does make you start to question) BUT…

I can hand on heart say I had no issues and frankly I may have been slightly annoying in their insta DM’s. I bought the chunky personalised bubble bracelet, I ordered on a Wednesday and checked in with them on insta on Friday roughly how long it would take for delivery and they assured me it would be arriving within the 4-10 days. I knew we were going into a weekend and that my product was personalised and that typically with other brands that add an extra 3-7 days (from experience) so was anticipating to be waiting a little while longer.

The delivery partners website wasn’t updating (though they do note that on their website that it doesn’t show up to date details so no fault of NOTL) but probably my only slight con, I did check in again on Instagram with them and they let me know it should be with me soon (checked on the Monday after I’d ordered) come Tuesday the parcel arrived on my door step.

So to summarise for a PERSONALISED bracelet, it took all of 4 working days (6 non-working) to receive my bracelet and let’s just say I LOVE IT, it came so nicely packed in a dust jacket pouch too!

I wanted to wait a while before I wrote a review (ordered a month ago now) to see how it holds up with their claims of “tarnish proof” and I must admit I’m impressed! It still looks as good as new and that’s even with perfume and hand washing and general day to day errands. The charms have not budged and don’t get caught or snagged on your clothes which is nice! The bracelet only has one connection so just make sure you select the correct size if you’re looking to purchase the same bracelet as I’d imagine as it’s fairly heavy if you went bigger it could easily fall off but mine was perfect!

I have two necklaces from neckontheline…

I have two necklaces from neckontheline and they have stood the test of time had one necklace at least over 4 years old(maybe older) and still looks good as new. No tarnish or sign of wear on either! I always receive so many compliments and more than happy to send them in the direction of NOTL. No Gatekeeping here!
