Worst fake company

I bough their voucher on Wowcher.com in September, and didn't received any item til late October, then asked to refund it as tthey were not comitting to any date. but till date I am waiting for my money to be refunded. I sent few emails , they are not even replying. After Wowche, kgb, they are now doing business with Groupon with 95% unsatisfied customers. I believe this company is fake.

Still waiting after 6 weeks!

I first ordered back in Oct following voucher from kgb deals. It did not arrive. Now i have has my voucher reactivated but to be honest the stuff looks rubbish and i am struggling to spend it. I have e mailed to see when new purses will be in stock and guess what they have not responded. What a joke, with over 1400 more vouchers just been sold again on kgb what chance do i stand!!!

very slow

I too bought a voucher, had a problem with the code but was lucky enough to get through to chat and they changed the voucher code to my name. Then I tried to order 3 different bags, but each one out of stock, I did finally manage to order one as it said it had come back in stock!!! I waited about a week for it to be despatched then another just over 2 weeks for delivery. It came today and I must say I am a bit disappointed, it is bigger then it said, and even though it is leather and should have been £90, on the base some of the colour is coming off! (only a little bit) I had thought about returmning it but I had trouble getting onto their website and then I saw all the bad reviews about them not responding to emails so I have decided to cut my losses and make the most of it, but I will definitely not be recommending them.

Bad quality, bad service

I bought 2 of the special offers for £15. When i tried to order, one of my orders was refused as they didn't have the item in stock. They didn't let me know until after it had already been listed as dispatched. I emailed them to check/ask about a few things and the response was as if they hadn't read my email at all, it was mentioning something completely unrelated to my email! I then re-ordered and after waiting 3 weeks the order came incomplete - there was a bag missing. The other order came and the bag is awful quality, worth more like £8 than £60. You can't email them unless you have an order number so you can't ask questions without ordering. I have just tried to email them now to try and get my missing bag and their site isn't working. There is no phone number. This is a very frustrating organisation and should be shut down.

Fantastic

I loved the site products and got lots of support when I had an issue with a voucher I bought from an external company. I emailed Nellypot and almost instantly received a positive, helpful reply which resolved my issue.

Really impressed with this site, the bags are fabulous and competitively priced for the quality, and the customer service has been wonderful. Highly recommended.

What a scam !

I bought a voucher thru KGB deals so paid much less than the £65 the bag should have been. This said, I would not have paid £20 had I seen it in a shop. It is poor quality and the bag looks cheap. I would not recommend that anyone purchase goods from them for the price they are asking.

No problem at all, really pleased with my purchase

Bought a £60 voucher for £12 from MoneySupermarket Local Deals. Ordered my bag last Wednesday and it arrived today. It's absolutely gorgeous, exactly as pictured and in my opinion well worth the total of £27 (including the £5.95 postage + packing) that I ended up paying for it.

cheap quality poor service

I used two seperate vouchers. Bought two purses which were very poor quality and certainly not worth the money they were supposed to cost. My bag has still not arrived after 5 weeks. Total con - will be very wary of such offers in the future. Does anyone know who to complain to because I want to take this further?

Very Cheap Bags will NEVER buy again!

I purchase voucher on KGB Deals for this bags and it only cost me £12 plus postage but it was not even worth that much!! The bag that I received (three weeks later) was very poor quality! I could go on Sunday market and get the same one without any fuss and long delay with postage. As well postage costs was £5.95 for royal mail second class, not even sign for! I feel that this site is a scam!
Do consider that before you place order!

Bags are OK, but soured by terrible service. Returned everything out of principle.

I ordered my bag well over a month ago now. Having ordered two bags from them within a few days of each other, I received one email confirmation saying that my order had been dispatched (it took about a week to get this confirmation from completing the order), I subsequently, got the dispatch confirmation a couple of days later for my second order.

Everything was fine. The wait begins.

I received the first bag about a week after receiving the dispatch confirmation - I must say this is pretty SLOW to say the least. I was looking forward to this bag, but was sorely disappointed with it. I contacted Nellypot only for them to get back to me after my 3rd email - they had me explain again what it was I was having a problem with, having already contacted them and explaining twice - these emails went unanswered. I gave them one last chance and I did get a reply on my third email to them - having had nothing for two weeks.

I got a sarcastic customer representative who 'helped' me, so out of principle I returned the bag for a full refund. I won't endorse in a company that has such blatant disregard for people who buy from them.

To this day, the second bag has not arrived and when I contact them to pursue, they just cut me off chat and go 'offline'. This bag was a gift for someone, who was very much looking forward to receiving it, but I rather soon spend money on a brand/company is more appreciative of its customers.

And still waiting.....

My review is similar to others. Very poor service from this company, vouchers or not! It's simply not worth ordering from a company that obviously places little value on customer satisfaction. I'm still waiting for my bag ordered at the beginnning of October with a voucher and paying extra to make up the difference. They ignore my emails. Be warned, don't buy from nellypot! There are other far more reputable online retailers.

Still Waiting!

I placed my order on 4th Oct using a voucher but paying extra as the bag was higher priced than the voucher, which wasn't a problem as was a gift for a friend.

I needed the bag ideally for 23rd Oct which I though shouldn't be an issue, especially as I'd been emailed to say the warehouse received the order on 11th Oct and it had been dispatched on the 17th!

I emailed Nellypot on 24th as it by then had been 14 working days since I placed the order and 5 working days since dispatch. To date I am yet to receive a reply and have emailed again today. Frustratingly when I had an issue with my voucher code and placing the order the replied to my email on the same day!

I am ever hopeful of receiving my order, especially as some of you appear to have, as I still owe my friend a b'day present!

They didn't seem that bad!

A similar thing happened to me.

I purchased two bags on seperate occasions, one on around the 8th and one on the 13th of October. My first bag arrived in 2 days, no problems what so ever and was so pleased I bought another. However my second bag arrived 8 days later. Upon delivery I was asked to pay additional postage by Royal Mail. I contacted Nellypot that day, and they assured me it was a temporary issue caused by Royal Mail. They asked me to send in my receipt for the additional postage and within a couple of days the money was back in my account.
Although I was not pleased about having to pay the additional fee, and the delay on the second bag, communication was acceptable, the bags were great and the issue was resolved with the minimum of fuss. No better or worse than any other online retailer really!

Terrible

My order did take three weeks and when it arrived an item was missing. The necklace that I ordered (£35) looks like a child make it. The quality is appaling. As I have "changed my mind" I have to pay for postage back. As they have missed my item off the order they can send the missing item for free. I wonder if it will arrive before christmas.

Ridiculously slow

Like the other two reviews on here, I ordered two bags with a voucher deal and had to pay more for delivery.

They were very quick to reply to my questions when I asked whether both bags could be delivered at the same time so that I would only pay for delivery once but they told me this was not possible.

I ordered one bag on 6th October and my order still appears as 'payment received' when by now, it should be 'dispatched' at the very least.

I sent another email a couple of days ago asking how I could claim my refund as I have no idea when I would even received my bags and haven't received a reply yet.

If you wish to buy for a specific occasion or time frame then DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

They are slow, unprofessional and most of the bags are permanently 'out of stock' and some only tell you they're out of stock when you go through to the payment section.

My advice - stick to more reliable, well known websites where delivery is guaranteed within the time frame stipulated on the website. This is the slowest delivery I have ever experienced. It's no wonder they had to use vouchers to get people interested to begin with.

SLOW

i understand they are busy due to selling aload of vouchers but it should not take 14working days to process an order for one handbag! contacted customer service which was a waste of my time really. Useless.

Total Diappointment

Bought a voucher and then order a bag from the website. After waiting for 3 weeks, I found that they are more interested in selling vouchers but not delivering the orders. When I asked the time scale then told to wait few more weeks. I asked to cancel and got confirmation that my order being cancelled and will get refund. Now waiting for 2 weeks to get refund. Totally bizarre and unreliable company or i would say the fraud..
