Great service
We visited the Cheltenham shop in March, a lovely building across a number of rooms that really showcases the excellent product range. Joy was particularly helpful with choosing a pendant light fitting, wall lights and arranging a prompt delivery. Great service.

Wonderful company. Everything we have bought from Neptune has been of such good quality from dining room table and chairs, bathroom basin and cabinet, mirrors, tablecloth to paint. The staff in my local Neptune are friendly and helpful too

I’ve had great service from the Cheltenham Neptune store. Joy in particular is fantastic, she took a lot of time helping me match products and colours to match my home. Nothing has been too much trouble for the in store team to help with - we will be back!

FLO HAS GIVEN ME A HOME TO BE PROUD OF.
Neptune Cheltenham have provided a wonderful service for my recently refurbished home. Flo and I met in the store and immediately her helpful manner and ability to listen to what I wanted helped get the initial ball rolling. Flo and I went on to have an in-store consultation, a wonderfully detailed styling day, a complete room fit out and a further styling day. As well as this, Flo has answered my questions promptly and helped with any minor problems that have occurred with a great manner and speed. She is very skilled with her interior design eye and has helped me create a modern, rustic home to be proud of. Her attention to detail and her ability to make me feel heard and valued as a customer has been very well received and I wholeheartedly recommend her and the Neptune Design Service in Cheltenham. Some parts of my home were causing me a real headache and Flo eliminated this and made it great experience. Thank you very much for your help and expertise.

Really wonderful service from Patsy the designer, Liam, the technical manager and Toby the expert fitter.
I had an old Neptune kitchen redesigned and extended, using as many of the old cabinets as possible.Neptune were brilliant at accommodating this and the old cabinets look as good as new with their new paint. I had some bespoke cabinets made and nothing was too much trouble.
I am delighted with my ‘new’ kitchen and am very pleased to have bee able to recycle perfectly good cabinets.

Cheltenham Neptune is Brilliant
I bought some great furnishing fabric from Neptune. My local Cheltenham store were great at supplying samples and ordering the fabric. There were delays because of Covid, but I was kept updated on 3 of the 3 fabrics and they arrived in perfect condition.
There were issues with the 3rd fabric but the Cheltenham store went out of their way to resolve the issues and provided great customer service.

I love Neptune and I have it everywhere…
I love Neptune and I have it everywhere it’s like a Neptune showroom .
They have a great team of people in every store I’ve been in , most times I go to the Bury St Edmunds store and have been extremely happy with the help and advice while making large purchases .
The delivery teams are polite and have great respect for your homes carefully manoeuvring and placing furniture in the desired spot.
I just need to buy a larger house now to be able to purchase more of Neptunes beautiful things .

Lovely products and a fabulous store
Great product - I love my Shoreditch bar stools. The only issue I had with my order was that they just took too long to arrive - over 3 months!!! However, the store in Cheltenham is lovely and I have ordered several items from there previously. One or two more staff members might be helpful if one needs advice. The staff they have at the store are fabulous!!
