Amazing Mini Me Mood Board workshop hosted by Debbie. My daughter had so much fun talking colours, textiles and designing her dream bedroom! She chose rhubarb for her walls … can’t wait to start painting!
We both had a really enjoyable morning.. Debbie was great (as were all the Neptune ladies).. really engaging with the girls and getting their creative juices flowing!
Would definitely recommend and we’d love to do another!

We have just completed our kitchen renovations and are delighted with the service and final outcome from the whole team at the Colchester store.
On our first visit to the store we were greeted by the lovely and very informative Christina, who we have dealt with throughout for various pieces of furniture, accessories and advice.
Our designer, Rebekah was excellent, very friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble, she listened to our wishes and produced a kitchen we just couldn't say no to!
Rob, our project manager was there alongside us from start to finish, which made the whole process seamless, again nothing was too much trouble, he was always on hand to answer any questions, queries and technical issues that arose, another gem in the Neptune family.
This takes us on to Darren, our appointed fitter and the only word we can use is Wow! His attention to detail was phenomenal, he worked tirelessly to complete the fitting of the kitchen not only on time but also to an exceptional standard. He was polite, friendly, professional and very tidy, at the end of each day you would never know we were in the middle of extensive works.
Once fitted Chris was sent in to give the final, signature coat of paint and again, his attention to detail, care and professionalism was second to none.
Our whole journey from start to finish has been faultless, the end result has more than exceeded our expectations, well done to ALL the team at Colchester, carry on with the excellent service you provide.

I have recently acted as the main contractor and overall project manager on the renovation of a large Victorian house in Ipswich.
The owners of the property had complete control over the finish and quite early on had decided on a Neptune kitchen.
As a development company also, we have used numerous companies over the years for our kitchen supply but although heard of Neptune had not used them ourselves.

I was not sure what to expect and it is always a concern when we hand control of what is a very large part of the build, over to a company that we have not worked with before.
From the first site meeting with Nish, I was confident this element of the project was not going to be an issue for me.

Rob the site surveyor and technical point of contact, was excellent. Renovation seldom runs smoothly and Rob made numerous site visits to discuss the M&E, check measurements during the fit out and arrange adjustments to the furniture where necessary.
He was also able to move delivery and fit dates around when bad weather in March prevented us getting water tight in time. This was a welcome intervention.

The fitter Alvro was also very good and rarely bothered me with fitting issues he may have had.
All in all it was a really stream lined process and I would recommend Neptune to others.

I cannot speak for the owners and their experience in the showroom but from my perspective I was impressed with the company and their team,

I mainly visit the Colchester branch where the staff are always friendly, helpful, polite and provide great customer service.
I also recently attended the Colour evening at Colchester which was really interesting and very informative.

I ordered a replacement cover for my Milo footstool at the beginning of April from the Neptune store in Colchester. I paid for the order upfront and in full as requested - £185. The cover arrived in store beginning of July (3 months later), which I duly collected. When I got home and attempted to fit the cover, it was significantly too small. I had to return to the store where I was clear on my expectations. To re-order the cover again, I would like reassurance that the next one would be quality checked to ensure it fitted. That waiting another 3 months was not a fair outcome, considering it was their error, and they’ve had my money for 3 months.
The store contacted me the next day to say there was nothing they could do except order another cover, which would take (approx) another 3 months.
Considering this company has been holding my funds since April, this is really poor. Companies now significantly benefit from holding on to your cash, as they are benfiting from high interest rates on the cash you pay them upfront.
There is alot this retailer could have done to resolve this situation, but they decided to do nothing. No garuantee the next order would fit. No attempt to expedite the order, considering they were in breach of our terms. No offer to return my funds until they had fulfiled my order.
Of course I asked for a refund, as why would anyone pay for a product in full and upfront, with no garauntee they will fulfill your order. Besides I am out of pocket - 3 trips to the store and £185 in their bank generating interest instead of mine.

Visited Colchester store today such a warm welcome and lovely knowledgeable staff. Just the right level of service. Store clean and welcoming with beautiful room sets. Very high quality furniture had some of ours for several years now and still as good as new.

Lovely products, far too expensive and overpriced for the current climate, more suitable for the wealthy person, most of the designs of these products can find same thing cheaper in supermarkets. There is no way I would pay £80 for a cushion and £130 for a concrete lamp.

The staff in the Colchester shop were so helpful and phoned us the next day to confirm some details about the product and to confirm that it was in stock. We were kept informed about the delivery, both by phone and email, and the product was delivered professionally and on time.

This has got to be my most favourite shop, the goods and the staff are all second to none.

Really beautiful shop. Could spend ages here. The staff were really helpful and made sure my gifts were wrapped nicely/in lovely Neptune bags etc! Thank you Neptune Colchester!

The warm welcome when you walk in store, room layouts, quality products, I could literally spend a day walking about in store!
We are huge fans of Neptune paint, the emulsion in particular has a great consistency and is so easy to apply. It has amazing coverage and is super easy to wipe with a damp microfibre cloth. Also the price is in line with other major brands.

I simply went in yesterday to purchase some drinking glasses and was served by two delightful ladies who provided the best six available in store. Such a positive experience, which is so missing generally in retail now. Well done!
