Their rapid and high quality support team assisted with recovering from a security exploit on the forum software I use which only made public in the last 48 hours.
I am confident that I will never find a better company to host my websites.

I've been using NetHosted to host my own websites and those of my clients for more years than I care to remember. Their customer support is second to none. Response times are very quick, tech support staff are always jolly and kind and no problem has been insurmountable (to date, anyway)! I recommend NetHosted to all my clients!

I could not recommend NetHosted more highly. Our website hosting has been with the company with many years and recently have required some additional assistance with things I did not understand. The support team were quick (10 mins) to respond and in a way I understand and always advised of the best options for my needs. Great value for my small business and would not hesitate in recommending to another business needing hosting.

A friend of mine recommended I migrate to NetHosted when the level of technical support at my previous webhost became non-existent. What a breath of fresh air at NetHosted! On the odd occasion I need support they are ALWAYS there with quick and accurate responses to whatever I ask. They charge more than my previous web host but the extra standard of service is well worth the difference. Thank you Jack, Bret, Brad and Darryl and anyone else I've missed out!

Great customer support experience today with Jack who pointed out to me that I had unnecessarily purchased a service, which he immediately refunded. Also helped me setup my SSL certificate and responded to each of my questions swiftly and efficiently. Extremely happy with the experience I had. Keep it up, Jack.

Have been with NetHosted for years. Totally satisfied. .Am not a techie so reliant on good support. NetHosted's do-it-yourself facilities (e.g. cPanel) are intuitive, even for me, so I can generally manage our domain on my own. However, when I need support I get immediate, relevant and clear replies from real human beings (unlike the bot-driven "support" with copy-pasted irrelevant "solutions" which are now par for the course in the cyberworld nowadays). NetHosted makes the whole thing a snap with zero workload overhead.

I have been a customer of NetHosted for a number of years now. As well as my own reseller account, I manage 5 other client VPS and reseller accounts here too.
The main difference for me is the quality and the speed of the support staff - truly first class on every occasion. Jack, Bret & Darryl fix all issues without any complaint - and help out when you have a question that might not even involve their servers.
Sure, you can always find a cheaper service, but I would struggle to find a better service elsewhere. That's why I have just signed up for another year's hosting with them.
I would recommend these guys to everyone.

I have no tech knowledge and I needed a new web host, I used "chat" with four other companies that were highly recommended on various blogs, but they just did not do it for me so I kept looking. I cannot remember how I came across NetHosted, (I think I searched for UK webhosting) but I am so glad that I found them! I wanted a UK based company for my UK customers and I could not have found a better service, I truly believe that. Jack at NetHosted spent so much time with me and kindly, clearly, patiently answered all my queries even before I had decided to go with NetHosted. And then once I had made that choice he made the migration of my site a breeze for me...maybe not a breeze for him as I still had many questions at each stage, but he remained patient, kind, and totally helpful all with clarity which I look for. I have several clients' website running on Nethosted since several years. Haven't experienced any downtime on any domain, and most importantly service and assistance is beyond the call of duty.

Day or night, my stupidity in accidentally throwing away a database or a complicated domain transfer, it doesn't matter, I always get a reply within 5 to 10 minutes, and things are always resolved!

High quality hosting, low pricing, outstanding service!

I have been with Nethosted now for well over 3 years. They are without doubt the best hosting company I have used (and I have used 3 previous).

Their pricing is fair. They're not the cheapest but I believe in paying for quality. They've never let me down. Their customer service is a 5 star service. Always prompt and they're also happy to give advice on setting up tricky Advanced Settings in your cPanel profile. Would I change?

WOW! What a great company :-) Total professionalism and supreme tech support for all of my client accounts. No matter what time of day, if an issue arrises and I need help with an account, Nethosted respond and the job gets sorted there and then. They're always extremely courteous, i've never had issue with their service, and the servers for all accounts are blazing fast compared to the likes of some bigger national players in the hosting field - and i've come across many of them, believe me! Top marks for Nethosted and I can't praise them highly enough. I've no intention of ever using another company for any of my clients hosting needs. You're in safe hands - 10/10 :-)

For almost 20 years I have hosted websites for my customers: with Nethosted.co.uk this is the first time I've found a really perfect support! Fast, efficient, friendly. In addition, the reliability, security and speed of servers are excellent.

I have been a client of Nethosted for a number of years now and can quite definitely say that they are, without doubt, the best hosting company I have ever been with, by a HUGE margin. No matter how trivial my problem, or what "ridiculous o'clock" I contact them at, they always respond within minutes and provide a solution that works. I don't recall EVER having any down-time on either my websites or my emails.
